We do understand that everyone gets busy but everyone has been checking in & we really appreciate it! Ok so these are the updates we have done: 1) All the claims have been updated but we need you to go through & make sure all your claims are done. Face, occupational, birthday & canons. There are some with images that need to be updated. If your post has a message that says admin edit then you are fine. DO NOT EDIT THAT POST! For the OTM claims, most of those replies were deleted. We have a solution for that. If it’s in italics then I still need an image. If it’s bold but underlined that means I have an image but need to edit it. If you are unsure if we have an image for you, pm AshleyP. 2) While you are checking out if we have a player image for you & images for each of your characters, make sure you check out the friendship, couple & enemies OTM claims. I cannot stress enough this helps us make sure that everyone knows who to nominate for each category. Especially with enemies of the month since there are so few. This time I allowed enemies with Avery to go through. This will not happen again. These need to rivalries/tensions between two characters that are not terrorizing the whole town. Also, as new friendships, rivalries & romances bloom make sure to go claim them! Us admin cannot keep track of every relationship, good or bad, on the baord. 3) Make sure you vote for the current Of The Month polls by Friday. I don’t wish to break any ties if I don’t have to 4) Ok people will hate me for this because of the problems I have had with the above issues concerning Of The Month claims & other various claims, I am requiring a form to be fileld out this time. Yes this may make me a hard ass but I feel like this needs to happen. You must pm me, AshleyP, this form by Saturday, August 10th. If you mark no for something, FIX IT! Go do that claim. I have provided an example of how to fill out this form before you pm it to me. If you get the code word wrong I will pm you asking you to reread the rules. NO EXCEPTIONS. [/ul]This may seem harsh but it is necessary. I’m tired of asking time & time again to get these things done. No more. If you do not pm me back by August 10th you will get a warning on ALL your accounts that will last for two weeks, no matter if you respond to me or not. We are not trying to be cruel but people are not following the rules. This has got to stop.
