The Barlen Street Apartments are more high class and well kept apartments while the Pierson Court are much more affordable. The Pierson Court Apartments are broken up into two buildings, two floors each. Some people in town also rent out apartments above their garages or on another level of their home so that is an option as well but those apartments are limited to fifteen. EDIT: We are now allowing a limited number of twenty-five home on private roads. That means no one else lives along that road. They’d be off a main road. If you character lives on a private road, please put (private road) after the street name.
