Hey there! Before I start posting, I just want to throw these two characters out there just in case someone wants to RP them. It's not a necessary thing, though, it is somewhat nice to have someone else be behind a family member/friend without making one look crazy (not that I don't do this, anyways). So, uh, here they are:
Matthew Benjamin Clayton
There's not much that has been really mentioned about Scott's 'Big Bro', besides what I have listed in Scott's history. He is 35 years old, born in Addington, Oklahoma, and went to Harvard University. He is a scientist, and lives in California at the moment. He doesn't like the fact that Scott calls him 'Big Bro', and doesn't like people pointing out how often he calls/texts/skypes his little brother. He also has not talked to his parents since he left for college. Besides, that, well, everything else is game (I don't think I left anything out), such as what kind of scientist he is, what field he studied in college, where he lives in California, other likes/dislikes, strengths/weaknesses, personality, heck, even looks (I chose Matthew Goode for now, but, if you want to have another PlayBy that's okay). Even the reason why he hasn't talked to his parents can be left up to you, or even why he worries about his little brother so much. You can even make him have ties to Hope Harbor if you so wish (since, as it may be revealed, Scott doesn't really know what happens with his brother most of the time).

This is Matthew's girlfriend who lives with him in California. The only thing I have concrete for her is that she treats Scott like he is a younger brother, and is always teasing him. Besides that, everything else is game, though I imagine she has a somewhat spunky attitude. (For now, I have her as Mila Kunis -nearly forgot to say who this was ><)
Again, this isn't that necessary, but, I decided to post these two guys since it doesn't hurt to see if someone is looking for a character to play ^.^ Just let me know the changes you will make to the character, and then we'll go from there. Thank you!
