So, the family history (thus far) for the Hawkins is slightly confusing. They are a wealthy family who owns the Grand Harbor Inn, and are known to have high expectations for their family members.
The four major people in the family (excluding Georgiana) are Delores, Debra, Sarah, and Dennis.
Delores
She is probably the most extensive and complicated character so far in the family. From Georgiana's history, she was a good student until Middle School. She started to rebel and skip classes to hang out with friends. This continued to the point that she actually dropped out before High School and got a low-paying job. Though, she always stuck around Hope Harbor and caused mischief, though in the later years she got a bit better. After she turned 28, however, she found out she was pregnant. Though, about a month or two later she fled the town after the incident happened (i.e. the one from 15 years ago) without contacting anyone for three years. She didn't do well on her own, and finally came back to Hope Harbor. She is now a maid at the Grand Harb0r Inn.
So, pretty much besides those simple things, everything else is up to you (such as reasonings, what she actually did ect.). Personality, likes, dislikes, strengths, and weaknesses are pretty much up to you, though two set things about her are that she is basically incompetant to do most things, and that she can be verbally (or even physically) abusive towards her daughter (and even others if you so choose). The PlayBy is whoever you want, though someone who looks as though they have seen better days is probably preferable (doesn't mean she is always looking like that, but she doesn't usually go out into the public often). Also she should look similar to Debra, though if Delores is played first you can choose anyone. Her relationship with her family is up to you also, though keep in mind that her parents are disappointed and angered with her due to her actions. And also keep in mind that she mostly either ignores Georgiana or screams at her (with a few sparce moments of actually acting 'motherly'). She also lives at the apartment with Georgiana, so she is always around the girl (or not, depending on how you play her). Quite a few of the townsfolk dislike her for her actions and the reputation she gained, so that may affect her
personality/relationships as well. All in all, she's pretty much a train wreck, though how/if she improves is up to you.
Debra
Not a whole lot is given in Georgiana's history about the aunt. The few keys things mentioned was that she was worried sick about her sister, she does send some money to the two to support them, and that she is the manager of Once Upon A Dream. Pretty much everything else is up to you (ex. motivations, relationship with parents/sister/Georgiana, likes/dislikes ect.). The PlayBy should look similar to Delores, though if Debra gets played first you can choose anybody. Just remember Debra (and Delores) are 43 years old, and perhaps plan accordingly to their age!
Sarah
She was, and is, the picture-perfect example of what a Hawkins should be. She is a very successful businesswoman who is the owner of the Grand Harbor Inn. She expects a lot out of her family, and is heavily disappointed in how Delores turned out. She likes to keep a good reputation, and hates it when someone tarnishes it. She also disregards Georgiana's existance.
Besides these, everything else is up to you. Motivations for things is certainly one that you have a lot of freedom in, and you can elaborate on Sarah's history even more if you so choose. She married Dennis, who was a fisherman. Some people don't understand why she did this, so this motvation is also up to you. So, uh, yeah. Besides the things listed, everything is up to you (and if you want to go into specifics, go right ahead!). PlayBy should be someone older-looking, though how old you want her to look is up to you (she is 68 years old).

Even less has been said about Dennis. He was a fisherman before marrying Sarah and becoming the assistant manager of the Grand Harbor Inn. It is noted that he also had high expectations (especially for his children), and was disappointed in Delores. He also ignores Georgiana's existance. Now, besides those things, everything is up to you (especially since there is the question of if he really is what he shows himself as, or is just following Sarah with her decisions). He is 66 years old, though he is probably well built since he was a fisherman (though, it is up to you if you want to have him still pursue this as a side job).
