I just had nothing to do so was going to go exploring. And if some baby items happened to be paid for it is not my fault.” Lexi beamed brightly. She was going to be one of those aunts who spoiled their niece or nephew-she already knew it. Just after she got over the hump of her own sadness.
”Hm we could go to Rosalies? Or Wish Café? I’m feeling a particular hankering some something greasy. Then if you want and Julie isn’t feeling tired we could walk around the shops. Maybe check out the baby consignment place.” Lexi’s bright grin got wider. ”And if baby things happen to fall into my basket, I plead the fifth on how they got there.”

Keela laughed as she listened to Lexi. "Being bored is never a good thing, you end up doing something stupid. weird, or silly." Keela smiled to let Lexi know she was joking. Keela liked quiet time, just as long as she wasn't bored from it.
"Rosalies is the pizza place, right," Keela asked when Lexi suggested it. She hadn't had pizza in a while, and it sounded good. And Julia liked pizza too, so it was a win win. "Well, if she is tired afterwards, I'll just put her in her stroller and let her sleep."
Though Keela was a homebody, she liked having a day out once in a while, and while she loved Julia and her daughter always came first, Julia wasn't going to stop her from having a day out. Besides, Keela was sure both her and Julia would do good with a full day out.

Or stupid and silly like breaking into my cousin’s office to play a prank on him. That’s pretty stupid because he could probably crush me if he tried.” Lexi knew money wasn’t everything-that family was-but she did everything she could to stay busy during the days that she got carried away. She had some hobbies but the ones she had pretty much required staying indoors. Eventually the quiet got to her and it became too much. She just had to leave the confines of her home.
”It is. I could use for some pizza. Leila is only craving spicy foods so it’s pretty much Mexican food all the time.” Lexi was excited to have a friend to hang out with now. With her hectic work schedule she hardly ever got to hand out with her friends outside of her cousin and his soon-to-be-wife. Hopefully that would change. She missed spending time with real friends who cared for her and didn’t focus on her tragic past.
