Haven had broken up with Clark! She'd actually done it. Louis could hardly believe it when Cameron had told her the other night. He knew he had told her he was done. He knew that he had promised himself he was never, ever going back, that he was going to force himself to move on. But that was when Haven was with Clark. Things were different now. She was single, free, on the market. Louis had made an earlier promise to himself. He had promised himself that he would get her back. And that was the one he was going to keep.
Cameron had told him that to get Haven back, he needed to prove that he could be just friends with her. Well he'd done that, even though she claimed not to believe him. And he said as well, that Louis needed to prove to her that he wouldn't leave her again, no matter what. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Louis called Cameron the night before and told him he was coming early, like really early, before Haven got out of bed. Hopefully she was still taking those sleeping pills and hopefully they would keep her asleep while Louis did some stuff. And of course, he knew that Cameron would help him if he asked.
Louis showed up, as promised at 6:00am. The first thing he did was unload literally 1,000 purple lisianthus in full bloom. He placed them all over the upstairs and quietly placed most of them in Haven's room, tiptoeing through as he put them All over her bed, floor, dresser, and vanity. When he'd finished with that. Louis went down stairs and and started to make a pot of coffee. Then he began to fix a traditional Italian Frittata. It was one of the things the chefs friends of his had taught him to make. And it was quite good if he did say so himself.
As Louis looked through the drawers in Haven's kitchen, looking for the proper knife to cut the meat and vegetables, he found a group of papers stabled together, with his name on it. Curiosity getting the better of him, Louis pulled them out and began to read what was written on them. Louis was so stunned that he had to sit down and collect himself. Haven was the one who had bailed him out?! WHAT?! That was crazy and the amount she had paid. Haven didn't have that kind of money. Well obviously she had had it because she'd spent it on him. But where the heck had she gotten it from?! He was going to pay her back. If nothing else came out of this, Haven would get her money back. Even if Louis had to have it wired anonymously to her bank account. She was getting it back!
Staring at the papers for a few minutes longer, Louis just kept shaking his head in disbelief. It was just further proof of how much she loved him. And that last fight didn't bother him any more now. Because he knew Haven hadn't meant what she said and Louis hoped that she could recognize that he hadn't meant what he said either. He'd just been hurt and angry and in the moment, he hadn't been thinking. He'd just let the foolish words roll of his tongue like a song.
Louis finally was able to get over the shock of the bail money, he folded the papers and put them in his back pocket. Then he went back to making Haven's breakfast. By the time he was finished with everything (including making cinnamon rolls from scratch), it was nearly 8:15am Louis found a tray and put everything on it nicely, with more of her favorite flowers. And lastly, he put an envelope right in front of the plate, so that she would open it first.
Louis went up the stairs and entered her room with the tray to find her just waking up. Now before you freak out at me for being here, I have some things to say. And I would like you not to say anything until I am finished. He was firm, but kind. Louis put the tray down at the end of the bed, then sat beside Haven 1st....I'm really sorry about what I said when I was over last. I didn't mean it....I was just hurt and angry. But I was wrong to say those things to you...2nd, I ran into Cameron a little while ago and he told me that you broke up with Clark...before Valentine's Day he sounded just a little annoyed that she hadn't told him. 3rd. I know you still love me...because you told me yourself after you had that nightmare and I found these papers downstairs, By Accident while I was looking for an knife! He held his hand up to stave off her anger, and pulled the bail papers out of this back pocket and handed them to her. And you just don't do that....that much money....for someone you don't love...And 4th...I am still madly in love with you and I want to work things out and I want to prove to you that I won't ever, ever abandon you again....which leads us to the 5th Louis grabbed the envelope from off the tray and handed it to her. Inside that envelope is my new contract....unsigned.... Louis pulled a pen out of his pocket and gave it to her. If you want me to end it all....I mean it. Every bit of it. No more touring, no more recording on a large scale....I'll go back to gigging here and Portland on the side and I'll teach music at the school with Ruby....I'll do that if that's what you want...just rip the whole thing up, right now...Or....you hand me the pen, I sign the contract...BUT....the agreement is...you gotta come on tour with me....I'll pay for you to fly back to check on things with shop and everything when you need to...but we're gonna be together....However...we'll do shorter tours. A month or two, instead of 6 or 8 months at a time...And on the tours you can't go with me. I'll will work out some way to get back here for a couple days half way through. Louis paused to breathe for just a moment. Either way Haven...the choice is yours....I trust you to make the right decision...and I will embrace and abide by whichever you choose....just don't say know to us again....Because we both know its what I and most importantly you want and need to be happy.
Well if that completely heart felt speech from Louis Arden Fitch couldn't win back the heart of the woman who had once loved him and still harbored feelings for him, then nothing could and he might as well roll over and die. Because Louis didn't want to live another day without being able to call Haven his own again.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,width: 350px; padding: 10px; background-image: url(http://i48.tinypic.com/4v3fjd.png);] I would lie & say that you're not on my mind... To the world, this last month Haven had been the happiest woman around. She had a smile on her face, she hummed, she was baking nonstop and she was there for anyone who needed it. When alone at night, it was her own private torture room. She usually cried herself to sleep and then the nightmares came. Everything was a façade. All the baking she did to keep herself busy during the daytime least she go insane. Yes, Cameron lived with her now after a series of awful circumstances but that wasn’t enough. She did anything to keep herself from facing the reality of her shattered heart.
No, it wasn’t broken because she left Clark. That made her freer then she had felt in a long time. And she felt terrible for not beliving Cmaeron and Kylie when they first told her. What led to her broken heart was Louis-again. Their last fight had been severe. He completely misconstrued something she said so he ended up thinking she was accusing of wanting to take advantage of her sexually. She had actually meant just sleeping in the bed with her but apparently he didn’t think that was the meaning. Though she could understand how it would come out to sound so. She had been cruel for many reasons. One she didn’t think-per usual-and two because he saw how bad she had gotten. Haven’s night terrors were out of control now. There were moments she even fell out of bed. Good thing a doctor lived with her now.
But what had killed her was hearing that front door slam after he said he was done with her. It was like a judge pounding a gavel down. The silence that followed was eerie and only broken up when Haven began to sob uncontrollably. She didn’t eat that entire day and walked around like a zombie. He had been right-she loved him and not Clark. Anyone who had eyes could see that but Haven just couldn’t be with him. It might sound stupid to some people who thought that if you loved someone to just be with them. It really was not that easy. Not when there was no trust left between the two of you. And Haven knew some of the trust issues were things she had done to him as well. Haven could own up to that but Louis could never own up to his mistakes.
After another night of chatting with Cameron, Haven dragged herself to bed. He had had a funny look on his face the whole night that she hadn’t been able to read but she ignored it. Haven took a hot shower in an attempt to relax her tense neck and shoulders. It helped some but not a lot. Haven blow dried her hair before she slipped on her pajamas and her necklace. Though she hid it behind her shirts, Haven had taken up to wearing the necklace Louis had given her again. And sleeping with the bear. The bear eased the nightmares some as his scent still clung to the fabric of the bear. Haven no longer locked up her memory trunk. Some of his cds scattered one of the side tables. The two boxes-one with photos, one with letters-was on her dresser while some of the items were pulled out. Haven needed to finally mourn their relationship and what had happened this time around. She needed these things around her to help her mourn their love.
Her night passed much the same. She silently cried herself to sleep with her bear curled against her chest. Part way through the night her nightmare graced her mind and Cameron came in. the man couldn’t do much but knew to hold Haven down if she was thrashing badly and gently wake her up. And fully wake her up. Once she had calmed down, she went back to sleep. Sometimes the nightmare came back, sometimes it didn’t. it All depended on how stressful of a day she had had. Yesterday hadn’t been too bad so that one bad bought with it was all that she had to deal with. The rest was just darkness, which she was grateful for.
The smell of food cooking began to rouse Haven from her slumber. The blankets here pulled up under her chin so she kicked her legs to move them down some. Haven groaned as she rolled onto her back to stretch. An overwhelming floral smell filled her nostrils as she ground the sleep out of her eyes. Haven used her elbows to push herself up. ”What in the world…” They were everywhere. Purple lisianthuses, her favorite flower. They were even on her bed though she had knocked some off with her stretching and kicking the blankets off. Only a handful of people know she liked these flowers and she knew Cameron did not have the money for them. She heard her door creaking as a man came.
”Louis?” No it couldn’t be. He swore he’d never come back to her house again. Haven’s hand pinched her thigh. Nope, she wasn’t dreaming. Without thought she moved to pull the covers u p to cover herself as she wasn’t wearing pants. Not that he hadn’t seen any of it before but she just felt exposed enough as it was with being here. Her spine went tense as she looked over all the food. Haven had honestly been eating much less then normal which could be seen with the fact she had lost a few pounds. When she did eat, everything usually came back up at night when Haven cried into her pillows.
She nodded at his request for her to not speak until he was done. Her hands shifted the blanket so the bear was covered up after she drew her blanket clad legs upwards. She looped her arms around her legs and rested the lower half of her against her knees. Her eyes remained on the covers as she listened to him speak. She felt a mix of sadness, anger and love. Which one was more prominent depending on where he was in his speech. For instance she was clearly not happy he had found those bail papers. That was her business, not his. It may have paid for him but she had put them someplace safe. Since he wasn’t allowing her to speak, Haven yanked them from his hand and tossed them aside. She clearly knew what was in those papers. She had chosen to go despite Jesse telling her not to pay it.
Tears sprang to her eyes when he said he wanted things to work out. She moved so her forehead rested on her knees and she could hide the tears that now flowed down them. That’s what Haven and wanted for so long, and still did, but how could they make it work? Everything that had said to one another had been awful. Way worse then anything said before. She stayed like that until she felt his hand close to here. She rubbed her face along the side of her arm before she looked up. Haven unlocked her arms and gripped the envelope, then the pen. His new contract? Haven’s head shook in confusion. Louis wanted her to decide? Was this some sort of sick joke? Haven couldn’t decide their future-if they had one-pm solely what she wanted. Nor could she leave her business like it was nothing at all!
Haven shifted on the spot as he reached the end of his words. The hot liquid burned behind her eyes lids as she looked at him. She knew he meant every word he said but that didn’t ease everything. Haven was still scared of, well, everything. She was scared with one fight he’d just leave like that again. She was scared that maybe he meant it when he said she hadn’t changed and then move on. Then there were so many more irrational thoughts which made things even worse.
Haven set the envelope and pen beside her bent legs as she leaned her heard forward to think of the best way to word things. ”Louis I-” What could she say? She couldn’t really deny her feelings for him that he had pointed out to her. She exhaled a large breath of air as she shook her head. ”No I won’t deny I still love you. I never stopped loving you but you can’t expect everything to just be magically fixed over night. You promised me before you wouldn’t leave and you still did with a stupid fight. Twice, actually. Once when you went to New York then again when you last came by. You run away from yours problems and don’t face them until someone else makes you.” Haven’s tone was gentle, like a lovers, and not harsh like she had last time they had exchanged words. In the past she had almost always fixed their relationship but she couldn’t keep doing it on her own again.
She chuckled against the fabric that was over her legs. ”So you just expect me to be holed up, on a tour bus, with you and four or more other men? Because that wont be awkward at all.” Yes, Haven was considering this agreement. He was proving he would do everything he could to make things work. Haven would be willing to give some leeway as well. But she couldn’t be pushed too far. ”And next time please leave my personal papers alone. I can do with my money what I want, especially since I no longer have to save for a wedding.”

Louis heart began to beat faster as Haven started to say that he was right about her still being in love wit him. He swallowed hard drying to quell the nervousness that was threatening to make his whole body shake. He listened closely to her words. She had after all, politely sat and listened quietly to him. So the least Louis could do was return the favor. He was a bit surprised to find that she was upset with him leaving after their last fight. Louis hadn't thought that could count as abandoning her. Why? Well come on, she was engaged and she as mad at him for having slept in her bed, even though that was literally all he'd done. What did she expect him to do? Haven...I know...I ran...the first time I ran. But not because I was afraid to face my problems...But because I was angry and hurt....and I wanted to hurt you as badly as you'd hurt me... He said with shame, as hot tears began to well up in his own eyes. But I left last time....because I thought that's what you wanted. You sure didn't make any effort have me believe otherwise....Your mind was made up about Clark....so I thought I was doing you a favor. Louis really had thought so. What was the point in sticking around and convoluting her thoughts any further? At that point, Haven had made her choice. Haven....I-I promise you that I will do better, that I will make us work...I'm always going to be here for you when you need me...Even if I'm out on tour...one phone call and I cancel it and come home and we work our whatever the problem is together...And In 50 years, we're gonna be sitting back and laughing at this. Louis gently placed his hand over hers, letting it rest lightly on top of her small member. You always told me that people deserve a second chance....Please....give me a second chance...Haven you won't regret it....I swear you won't. He whispered, unable to speak aloud because of the emotions raging within him. I'm sorry I said you hadn't changed like it was a bad thing....Because I don't want you to change...not ever Haven...I love you for exactly who and what you are now and always have been. He sniffled and wiped at his eyes, feeling like an idiot for crying like a child.
A laugh broke from Louis' lips as asked about the bus. I'm sure we can work something out. He gave her hand a gentle squeeze. He wanted to just take her in his arms and kiss her, like he'd been longing to do for months....years. But he wasn't going to push his luck. Haven was temperamental and could change on a dime. And he found comfort in the fact that she was still like that. Because that was a part of the woman he'd fallen in love with. A part that hadn't, and never would, change as far as he was concerned.
Louis smiled lightly but rolled his eyes at her. Well I didn't mean to...I was just looking for the knives and I pulled open the drawer and my name caught my eye on the corner...I couldn't help myself. It was true! He had tried, but ultimately he had needed to see what was on that paper. And Louis was so very glad he hadn't ignored it. Now are you gonna let me kiss you, or you gonna keep torturing us both? At Haven's consent, Louis took her in his arms and kissed her as he'd never kissed her before. All the sadness, all the happiness, all the years of separation, and regret, and anxiety and hopes and dreams were poured into that one, new, first kiss. The first kiss of their starting over period. Breaking finally, after what seemed like at the very least 5 minutes, Louis pulled back and looked at her smiling. Cupping her gorgeous face, Louis wiped the tears from her eyes with his thumbs. I'm going to pay you back that bail money and I don't want to hear any argument. he insisted and was going to be more stubborn about it than she'd ever seen him be stubborn on anything before.
Louis hands slid down her face and her neck, and shoulders, stopping at her upper arms. He held her gently there, just looking in her eyes, so glad to just be here and holding her at last. I love you Haven Stowe. He said softly, as he reached up and tucked some of her hair behind her ear, then kissed her forehead, before wrapping his arms around her and pulling her close to him, his chin resting lightly atop her head. I love you so much.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,width: 350px; padding: 10px; background-image: url(http://i48.tinypic.com/4v3fjd.png);] I would lie & say that you're not on my mind... Haven visibly winced when he admitted he had wanted to hurt her back. How he had hurt her was ten times worse then anything she had said that night. He knew the damage caused to her as she grew up and what he did to “hurt her” was the cruelest way he could have done it. ”You accomplished the goal for hurting me, that’s for sure.” There was a little bit of ice to her tone as she uttered those words. Haven closed off the entire world when he had left which is why she chose to be with someone who clearly didn’t love her. She thought that’s all she deserved and could handle it if things went bad. Which, really, she had been able to handle it fairly well.
Haven’s brow furrowed as she shook her head. ”It didn’t matter if my mind was made up, you walked out in the middle of things.” There was more she wanted to say in response to that fight but she kept her mouth shut. She inhaled a large amount of air through her nose and held it in her risen chest as her eyes closed and she shook her head. Haven didn’t want to fight, especially with how confusing this moment was. There were a lot of things he said that she just didn’t understand with that night and felt unsettled. But it was the past. The two of them had to try to move past it. Especially if he truly wanted to make things work. Because if he really did, then Haven wanted to make them work to. She just didn’t want to dive in heart first without clearing out the mess that was within her head. That would just be dangerous.
Haven wiped at her eyes when he said he would try to get through whatever problem they had. It was so hard for her when experience with him-even before recent events-told her he would run. There had been times they worked through fights but there were many times he just left and she went after him no matter who began the fight. ”Louis I-I want to believe that you are willing to try to fix it when we have a problem but it’s really, really hard when it’s always been me trying to fix it.” She wasn’t trying to be cruel, just honest. Relenting on her views was really hard for her. Haven had always had a bit of a stubborn soul.
She balled her first under his before she flattened it back out underneath his own. It felt weird feeling the pressure of his palm against the top of her hand. Haven leaned her forehead against his as he asked for a second chance. Her nostrils were filled with his scent and engulfed her like an old friend. A masculine musk scent that always drove her crazy. She no longer attempted to hide her owns tears. They both needed to be vulnerable like this with one another and get everything out so that they could move on from here. All her defenses were crumbling down around her heart just like he had been able to do six years ago when they first fell in love. The empty feeling in her chest was being filled once more giving Haven hope. Hope she didn’t have prior to coming back into her life.
Haven laughed as she pulled her head away from him. ”So what? You see your name on something and assume you’re allowed to read it?” She really couldn’t expect anything else from him. It was bound to come out eventually, better now then never. That didn’t mean it was any less awkward. Haven had depleted much of her emergency money and now had to save back up in order to do many of the renovations needed for the house. Not having to pay for a wedding anymore helped since everything could now go to the house. Still, Haven hadn’t regretted it one bit. Louis avoided a large scandal and she knew how people loved their celebrity gossip, no matter who it was.
Haven laughed as she shook her head. ”You know me, Louis. I love to torture you.” After she scrunched up her face playfully, Haven pushed her blankets aside so she could face him. Her arms wrapped around Louis’ neck as she applied passionate pressure to his lips. As all their emotions poured out, a few more tears escaped from Haven’s eyes. They were ones mixed with joy and heartache and mixed with his own damp face as they were pressed together. Her hands slid down his chest to grip at his shirt as they neared the end of their moment. Once pulled apart, she swallowed a lump of emotions that had built up. Her brows rose up as he scoffed. ”Oh really? None at all? If I remember correctly, I can be very persuasive in making you see my side and caving in. and I‘m betting that hasn‘t changed at all.” She grinned mischievously at him as she reached her own hands grip at his elbows.
Haven felt a delicious shiver go down her spine as his hands traveled the short distant along her skin. As he pulled her close she moved so she was partially on his lap but kept her weight on her own legs. She buried her head against his neck and pressed a tender kiss against the column of his throat. ”I love you too, Louis. I love you too.” She never thought she’d get to utter those words to him again and she didn’t want to stop. She just relished in being in his embrace for a moment before she turned her head to look at the tray, all without breaking the embrace. ”Wait does that have eggs in it?” A smirk broke out across her face. ”How much damage is there to my kitchen?”

Haven as so darn stubborn! He knew okay?! He'd wrecked everything, in a MAJOR way. He knew it wouldn't be easy to forgive him. But how many more times was she going to make him beg. How many more times was she going to beat him over the head with what he'd done to her. Louis had demonstrated that he was really truly sorry. Couldn't she at least try to ease up on him a little. Of course she probably felt that she was going easy on him, compared to what was built up inside of her. And no one could blame her really. I know...I'm sorry...I know that doesn't cut it...But there's nothing else I can say....I messed up...And now I want to fix it.
Louis sighed. What was really the point in fighting anymore Have? We'd both said enough. Them continuing to fight would only have added to the monumental damage they had both done to each other. Louis didn't want to fight with her and argue. It was pointless. It would have just gone on and on and in a circle. And who knows what else might have been said. I didn't want to keep arguing. I didn't want to say anything else I'd regret And that was the plain truth of it.
I know Haven...Oh believe me I know. he said urgently I have examined myself...I've reviewed just where and how I've gone wrong in the past....I know it's always been put on you to do the patching...But no more...I promise Haven...I have changed. Louis assured her. But the only way for you really to see that...is to let me in...And I know that's hard and I know I'm the reason it is...But please...let me show you Haven. Louis didn't want to bring it up right now, unless he had to, but he'd been seeing a counselor over the past month, twice a week actually. It was really helping him. It was very hard to have to open every part of your life to stranger and let them pick and examine and point out things wrong with you and your personality and have someone try to change you. But he was doing it, for Haven. I'm here...now...telling you what I did and why and admitting I was wrong....and trying to fix things....us. I'm still gonna slip up from time to time, I'm only human....But things won't be like they used to be...I'm not going to run anymore. He meant it. His days of running from issues were so over it wasn't even funny. Because Louis could see where it had gotten him and it wasn't very far.
No, that's not what I meant Haven....I just....I was meant to see it I guess There was nothing else Louis could say about it, really. He'd been there looking for a knife and just happened to open the right drawer in the huge kitchen and the paper just happened to be sitting in such a way that he could she part of what was written on it. You know you would have looked if it was your name. Louis slyly interjected. Oh they knew each other so well.
Louis nodded. Believe me...I know. He got out, just before they began to kiss. Her scent flooded his nostrils. The feeling of her skin beneath his hands thrilled him as did just being able to hold her and treat her with intimacy again. The kiss was simply amazing, unlike anything Louis had ever experienced from her. And that was saying something, because the two of them had been pretty passionate in days gone by. But this single kiss topped it all. Louis smiled at her and laughed lightly at her little comment. Well things are different now...remember? You're not patching things up on your own anymore...So I'm paying you back. Louis kissed her again, gently, then touched the back of his hand to her face, looking lovingly and longingly into those beautiful eyes of hers.
Louis' heart leapt as she finally said she loved him back, and he couldn't have been happier if he tried. In fact, he simply could not wipe the smile from his face. It was just al so involuntary. Finally, after 4 years and some odd months of holding back and restraining themselves and fighting, there were no more holds. They were free once again to love each other, fully deeply, as they once had.
Louis had forgotten about the food until Haven commented. He grinned, and bring his hands up to her face, tilted her head back to make her look at him. Yes....And I burned nothing at all. He laughed and rubbed his nose against hers before nibbling on her lip for a moment. Would you like to try some? He asked in an amused tone, before getting up to bring the tray to her. When she was situated, he put it down on her lap and got in bed beside her. Louis couldn't stop smiling and staring at her. They had so much to discuss, so much to figure out. But they were going to do it together and they were going to be happy and they were going to spend the rest of their life together.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,width: 350px; padding: 10px; background-image: url(http://i48.tinypic.com/4v3fjd.png);] I would lie & say that you're not on my mind... ”I know you’re sorry just...I didn’t like hearing you were trying to hurt me is all.” Haven rubbed at her face and sighed. She wasn’t trying to argue and she had forgiven him for everything just hearing him say he was trying to hurt her stung. And this surprise had shocked her-really shocked her-so of course her emotions were everywhere right now. ”I’m sorry I’m not trying to fight this is just confusing. It‘s not like I exactly expected to wake up and find you in my house.” Which Cameron was a dead man. A seriously, seriously dead man. The two had talked about this! They had talked about her last fight with Louis and how deeply everything had stung and yet he just let Louis into her house. All she knew is he better have locked up his tools very well because some would be perfect to do the harm to him that she wanted to do.
Louis was saying all the right things to just keep breaking her down more and more. She knew he meant everything he was saying. He had never lied to her. The closest was when they fought and things just came out of his mouth but she did that two. They had a tendency to say whatever they could to make the other person feel hurt. Neither of them every thought about the things that they said until after the fact. They both always apologized just it took one of them caving first. That person had usually been Haven but it just couldn’t be anymore. She had given so much of herself up with Clark and was the perfect, submissive pet to him. That wasn’t her and she couldn’t be so anymore. She couldn’t always be the one caving.
Haven’s head nodded against his own as her gaze remained downwards to look at their hands. ”Alright baby, alright. We’ll give this another chance.” Ok, she would stop caving after today. Louis was putting the effort forward to fix things and now Haven would to. It’s all she had waned for the part four years, even while with Clark. She couldn’t give herself fully to ex not because she didn’t want to get hurt but because her heart would always belong to Louis. He was the only one who could fill all the empty parts of her soul and make them whole again.
”I plead the fifth.” Despite it being an accident it didn’t mean she was happy about it at all. Mainly because he had used that in his argument to win her back. That was just playing downright dirty. And it was working. Obviously he had gotten her to finally break down, give him another chance and now they were embracing one another again. Haven had missed this much more then she had been willing to let herself admit. When he kissed her, it just sent fire all along her veins.
Haven shook her head as a grin played on her face. ”You just said you’d fly me back home whenever I needed to come check on the store. I think that constitutes as paying me back.” Yes, Haven was going to have him resign his contract. His music was important to him and she wouldn’t stop him from it. Nor would she deprive everyone else of hearing his music. It’d take some finagling around but she figured she could do it. Haven knew all the major times of the year she’d be needed so she could plan around that. She’d do that to be with him. The two needed to be with one another and in order to really patch things up, they couldn’t start out with them apart. That was no way to fix things between them.
When Louis moved Haven’s face she stuck her tongue out at him playfully. ”Good. I spent all my money on you so I can’t afford a new kitchen.” Food was not actually on her mind, it had just caught her eye. No, Louis was the only thing on her mind and when he nibbled on her lips didn’t help things. She fell to lean back against her pillows. As Louis brought the tray of food to her she quirked a brow up at him. ”I’ll try this later.” Haven lifted the tray and not so delicately set it on the floor. It had been four years since she had been with Louis. Four years of a lot of raw emotions that had built up inside of her. Haven needed him and she wasn’t going to wait any longer.
Haven tugged at Louis’ shirt to pull him on top of her. Her hands clung around his neck as she kissed with an intensity that was screaming to me released. Her palms released their grasp to go just under his collar where her fingers dug into his skin gently. She brought on leg up as his hand traveled along it so that her leg bent at the knee and pressed against his side. Haven didn’t let up at all. She needed to feel Louis again. His hands exploring her every curve and his mouth along her hot skin. Four years was too long to go without being with the one you loved in every way possible. And Haven wanted to be with him in every way possible right now.

Louis nodded. He understood that. I know...and I didn't like having to tell you...But I did have to....That's never gonna happen again though....and I don't blame you if you don't believe me. But it's not. It broke his heart that he had ever left her in the first place and that deep, intense, look of hurt in Haven's eyes shattered what was left of it, into a million tiny pieces. But that was in the past now. At least for him. And Louis was going to prove to her, that it was in the past for her as well. She'd never again have to experience what she'd been through the past for years. Not at his hand! I know you're not...it's alright. Louis assured her. She wasn't doing anything wrong by being cautions He couldn't blame her at all for keeping her guard up. He sincerely wished she'd let it down. But he didn't blame her. Haven had more than enough good reasons not to trust people, but especially him.
Louis thought he might pass out when she finally relented and agreed to give him a second chance. He couldn't believe his ears. So this was it! They were....a couple again...Haven was his again and he was hers! And he'd be damned if he messed it up again. From here on out it was going to be as if Louis was constantly walking on tenterhooks. Although mistakes were inevitable, since he was a fallible human being, he was going to do his best not to make any blows small or large...but especially not large. Louis had a lot of ground to make up with Haven. And he would. She'd see. Louis Arden Fitch was about to become the worlds best boyfriend. He was so resolved to be so very good, that it would probably annoy Haven and she would demand that he go back his old self. Louis kissed her forehead, breathing a long sigh of relief. You won't regret it darling...I promise.
Louis shook his head, rolling his eyes at her. Nice try. was all he said on the subject. Whether he spent it on her or the house, or gave it directly to her in a lump sum, Haven was getting every penny of that money back. It was quite obvious it had set her back. And Louis knew she couldn't have had that much in her savings. Had she taken out a loan? Or had she acquired it in some other way, legal of course. Louis didn't think she'd stolen it or seduced someone into giving it to her. You'll be able to afford whatever you need or want, once I pay you back. Louis said in a sly tone.
What came next, he had not expected. At least not yet. Hoped for yes, but not expected. Louis had played it safe by giving her the tray. He didn't want to assume or push anything. But apparently he wouldn't have been...Still...better to let Haven lead off in this case, and that's exactly what he did.
Louis willingly followed Haven's lead as she pulled him down on top of her. She held him so close, so tight, kissed him with such fervor and want and need. A want and need that had been welling up inside of them both since the night he left her. Louis ran his hands down her legs and back up again, slowly positioning her where he wanted her. And then he slid his hands beneath her nighty. He wanted to feel her smooth hot skin against his own once again. A feeling that he'd been craving for so long now, he'd forgotten what it as like to have it satisfied. Allowing his hands to explore her again, reacquainting himself with her old familiar curves, Louis groaned into their kiss, as he felt her legs clench around his mid section.
After he had sufficiently explored every area of her with his hands, Louis expertly removed her nighty, tossing it aside. Then he slowly began to kiss along her collar bone. He'd linger in a spot for a few moments, kissing and sometimes nipping enough to cause pleasure but not pain or injury. As he did this with his mouth, Louis hand very slowly and seductively took her bra straps from the top and began to pull them down until they rest on her upper arms. Switching to the opposite collarbone, Louis very, very slowly slid his hands beneath her and with one fluid motion, unsnapped her braw and threw it aside. He let his hands come up to rest over her ample breasts, for a moment, before he pulled back and removed his own shirt, needing to feel her bare skin against his own. Leaning back down, Louis pressed his body against her own and engulfed her in his chiseled masculine arms. One hand grabbed a fistful of her hair and supported her head, as the other supported the small of her back, and Louis worked his way from her mouth, down her jawline and to her neck where he sucked, purposefully leaving his mark on her, her moans urging him to continue. Louis had missed this...he had missed her.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,width: 350px; padding: 10px; background-image: url(http://i48.tinypic.com/4v3fjd.png);] I would lie & say that you're not on my mind... It’s not that haven didn’t believe the thigns he was saying as she could always read him. The issue was it was so hard for her to just let go. When he left a whole part of her went missing. A part she tried to fill with another man who turned out to be all wrong for her. A man who just used her and had no issues with it. But, for awhile, she had felt like that’s exactly what Louis had done so she thought that was all she deserved in life. Everyone had treated her like a rag doll. Special in a nostalgic way for a small amount of time then tossed her aside. Those were feelings one didn’t get over. No amount of therapy nor reassurance from people that they’d always be there could ease it. All it took was time, love and patience. That’s what Haven needed at this time from Louis. He had done it once before but not it was different. She was much worse off then she had been before on all facets. Especially now that Kylie wouldn’t be coming to Maine for awhile and the fact her concussion made it difficult to talk for long periods of time. Yeah, Haven felt very lonely again.
Haven felt like she was making the right choice in her heart. Her mind, though, had it’s reserves about what was happening. But, as usual when it came to Louis, she was setting aside rational thoughts. There’d be some bumps as they laid the foundation of their new relationship but that was to be expected. They had both changed over four years, even if it was just slightly. And haven had to learn not to unleash all the furious words she had held back for so long. It would be difficult, that was for sure, but she’d find a way to do it. She couldn’t be doing or saying things to hurt him for something that was now in the past. While she wasn’t’ forgetting, she was forgiving and trying to move past it.
Haven threw her head back as she let out a grunt of frustration. He was being such a pain about this! Haven did it because she loved him, not because she expected repayment. Even if they weren’t at this point she had never planned to tell him what she had done. That was supposed to be a secret she took to the grave with her. Haven dropped her head back into place as she stared at him. ”Well, considering all I want and need is you, I don’t need the money.” Totally corny but hopefully it got him off her back a little. Haven wouldn’t take the money anyways. She’d leave the check uncashed if need be. haven would find a way to get her way.
Haven’s body was on high alert as Louis’ hands traveled along her body. She was hyper aware of every place his palms and fingertips were placed. Haven whimpered into their kiss but didn’t break despite the intensity between them already. It had been far too long since she had felt such passion ad they had yet to go over the edge. She squirmed beneath him as she wanted their bodies to be as close as possible as their mouths danced over one another. Tongue moved with tongue as they both tried desperately to taste one another. Her hands continued to knead at his shoulders and pull him closer, not wanting to let him go for anything at all.
When Louis removed her nightgown, she pressed her head back against the pillows as it was tossed aside. The feeling of his lips along her skin released a low moan from deep within her. He was teasing her, drawing it out, despite knowing she needed him now. Just his hands on her body nearly drove her to the thresholds of her desire. As his bare chest met her, she gripped the back of his head with both of her hands. A gasp left her lips as his lips clasped around her neck. Haven didn’t hold back as her moaning feel from her lips. When he pulled away from her throat, she took the opportunity to flip the over.
She dragged her nails along his side as she laid flush against him. She was slow and methodical. When she reached along the edges of his jeans, she paused with her thumb just under them. She ran it along his skin, teasing the muscular dip of his pelvis. He had teased her and now haven was returning the “favor”. the way he moved and groaned told her she was doing a good job at it. Haven’s mouth scattered nips and pecks moved down his throat, his shoulders, along his chest and down the center of his muscled chest until she reached his jeans. She taunted him as she slowly undid the bottom and zipper but that didn’t last long at all. Haven sat up and quickly removed the remainder of their clothing before she joined him again……
…….haven lay panting as she gripped louis hair. Her body glistened as she tried to calm her own pulse. The pressure of his weight as he laid on her chest was welcoming. Her body was exhausted as they didn’t stop until they both had gotten their fill of one another. She wasn’t sure how much time had passed and didn’t glance at the clock either. She just lay there as she held louis against her, not ready to release him just yet.

Alright...we'll call a truce for now. Louis agreed. Haven had bailed him out because she loved him. And he did understand where she was coming from with not wanting to be paid back. If he had done something like that for Haven, he would insist that she not even think of paying him back. Louis supposed he should pay her the same respect. But he was going to do something for her. Something extremely special. Though he wasn't sure exactly what yet. But it would be something out of this world. Louis kissed her tenderly and smiled. Have I ever told you how amazing you are? Louis combed through her hair with his fingers.
Louis was so glad to be back in Haven's good graces. Glad was the word for it. Elated, overjoyed, enraptured. He loved her like nothing else in the world, like no one else in the world. Louis would give up absolutely anyone or anything for her. And he hoped she knew that. Haven was his life, his breath, his heart's every beat, his very soul. And he would never live without her by his side again. Louis would never allow anyone or anything to come between them again.
Louis moved along Haven's body, knowing exactly wear to touch to bring her to the edge and back. He soft whimpers, the way she gripped his body and kissed him. It sent shivers down his spine and pleasure through his body, just hearing her. Their bodies touching was like an electric shock, but he couldn't seem to get close to her. Four years of separation, they had a lot to make up for.
Louis moved with her as she flipped him over. He groaned as Haven's hands moved over him, and came down to the edge of his pants. He squeezed her tighter, and sucked harder on her flesh and he could hardly stand what she was doing to him, but he wouldn't have her stop for the world. Louis let out a long, groan, almost growl, when she removed his clothes and then her own.Unable to resist any longer, He pulled Haven close once again and began make love to her......
Their bodies pressed against one another as they panted. He was exhausted, but in a good way. Louis pressed a kiss to her lips, then pushed her hair back, smiling at her. He hugged her tightly and breathed deeply, taking in her scent, His hands moved to rub up and down her arms as she held him tightly. You're so beautiful. Louis whispered as he looked into her sweet brown eyes. I don't even want to be apart from you again, not even for a minute. He said seriously. I'm afraid if I let go of you, you're just going to melt away and I'll find this was all a dream. Louis sounded a bit emotional about it. And maybe he was. It was quite an overwhelming day...And had been an overwhelming month. But in a good way. I'm scared to lose you again. He told her. Louis had always been able to be so vulnerable and honest with her.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,width: 350px; padding: 10px; background-image: url(http://i48.tinypic.com/4v3fjd.png);] I would lie & say that you're not on my mind... Haven opened her mouth to say something but then opted not to. She’d leave it alone for now. Not like there was any way to resolve this just yet. One would give in eventually or they’d find a middle ground. Maybe she’d just have him go with Cameron to pay for stuff for the barn. Most of it was paid for but Louis didn’t know that. It’d be a good compromise. Still, no reason to deal with it that moment. At this moment in time she just wanted to enjoy being close to Louis. Sure they had had some moments over the last couple months where they had been in close contact or playful but they couldn’t really be them. a lot was held back in those moments. Now nothing was stopping them from being completely themselves around one another.
Haven rolled her eyes upwards playfully to look at the ceiling. ”Let’s see…I think the last time I was told I was amazing was a very, very long time ago so you’ll have to remind me.” She was of course teasing him which was completely fun for her. A little half grin stayed on her face as she looked back at Louis, her eyes closing. She had never been a girl comforted with someone playing with her hair but something about Louis doing it made her happy. It was such an intimate thing for them and she could never bear to ask him to stop. Haven only ever felt safe when he did it. Nearly anything he did made her feel completely safe. That didn’t come easily for haven, either. Even with kylie there were some reservations but not louis. Perhaps because their love and commitment had always been so deep to one another. Everything just fell naturally to them, like breathing. It had been like that from the moment their worlds collided.
Haven never felt any of this with clark. Not just the love in general but the passion as well. Louis brought such a pleasure over her with just one touch that it was unbearable. Not having his touch for so long made it that much more torturous. She wanted to just dive right into riding the waves of their lust but neither wanted to rush it. It may have been much too long for them but they were reacquainting themselves with one another’s bodies. Her own fingers retraced ever dip of his muscles and the planes of his abdomen. Her palm would move to grip at his side as she moved along. Oh she had missed having his body against her own like this.
It was taking awhile for haven to come down from the clouds of lust that filled her mind. Her body wound down slowly from the passion it had just experienced. It didn’t help that Louis continued to run his hands along her arms. Her body was still on high alert but she was too exhausted for more. She needed rest. They both needed rest. Her eyes actually began to drift shut when she felt louis shift his head. She opened them and smiled down at him lazily. ”you always say that after.” her pace with playing with his hair as she felt completely drained of energy but she didn’t want to stop because of the look on louis’ face and the words he said. Haven swallowed a lump that had formed in her throat. ”oh baby…” she moved them so they could lay side by side. She pressed her chest to his as she entwined their legs. Haven reached down and laced their fingers together before she kissed each one tenderly.
”you don’t have to be afraid of losing me, not ever again. I promise I won’t be deterred so easily this time.” No, haven couldn’t live without him in her life anymore. She was going to do all she could to fight for them. She dropped their hands so that they rested between the two of them. ”move in then. Then you wouldn’t have to leave.” she moved the hand not holding onto his so it slipped under the pillow as she shifted her body slightly. ”this was always supposed to be our house. Why wait? I mean we’d have to share it with cameron because I’m not kicking him out. But otherwise there’s plenty of room for all of us.”
Haven suddenly felt an overwhelming flood of emotions. In that moment she realized she had everything she had always wanted-a family. Even though Kylie was in Chicago, she had a sister. An actual, living blood relative. She had a man who had become like a brother to her. And she had the man she loved with her whole heart. Plus, his parents had always treated her like family. The little orphan rag doll’s life was falling into place for once in her and life she felt entirely overwhelmed by it but in a very good way.

Louis smiled up at her when she said he always told her she was beautiful after they had sex. Not that it was the only time he told her of course. There was just something about her laying on top of him, her body glistening, the moisture illuminating every curve of her femininely sculpted body. Her hair, damp and mussed hanging in matted curls. Knowing that he had brought her to heights of pleasure that only he could accomplish with her. It just made her so completely gorgeous, more so than she normally was, if that was possible. And maybe it was the fact that they hadn't slept together in 4 years. Or maybe it was just that as her features became more mature, it made her prettier. Louis wasn't sure, but he knew she had never looked more gorgeous to him then she did right now.
The past for years, without Haven had been a blur. They hadn't gone by quickly, but they had been a blur. Louis had felt dead to the world. Like he was just a corpse going through the motions of being human. He had been numb and lifeless without her. But now, for the first time since he'd walked out her door over 4 years ago. He felt alive again. Louis felt the blood coursing through his veins, the beating of his own heart, the touch of Haven's hand on his skin, calling him back to life, awakening him from his tortured sleep, breathing air into his deprived lungs. If he lost her again, it would be the death of him...literally. He was scared. Scared of making a mistake, scared of pushing her away, scared of doing something to cause her to say "enough is enough" and be done with him. Any girl in her situation, would have the right.
Louis watched Haven as she moved to lay beside him. He rolled to his side and wrapped his fingers about hers as she moved to intwine with his own. Haven kissed each of his fingers, making him feel so very loved by her. He touched her cheek tenderly as he was so fond of doing. Louis breathed a long sigh of relief at her words, pressing her small hand to his chest and leaning his head down to kiss her own fingers. His eyes were glassy, as if he was going to cry, but not tears spilled over.
As Haven moved so that their hands released and his arm dropped over her body, he wrapped it around her, pulling her naked body even closer to his won. Louis could feel her breath on his skin, such a welcome sensation. Her next words shocked him. His heart nearly stopped beating, as his eyes grew wide with surprise and eagerness. Haven... he breathed. Are you sure about this? Of course Louis wanted to move in with all his heart. But he didn't want to make plans and then have Haven turn around and flip on him. He thought they were beyond that point now, considering what had just transpired between them over the last few hours. But she could be unpredictable.
Yet, Haven was the sweetest, most amazing woman in the world. No one could compare to her in Louis' book. That much had never changed. I'll move in on one condition. Louis whispered. You have to let me pay for the rest of the renovations...including the barns. Louis traced her jaw with his thumb, smiling down at her and began to kiss her with heated passion once again, as he pulled the covers up over their heads and moved to be on top of her once more

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,width: 350px; padding: 10px; background-image: url(http://i48.tinypic.com/4v3fjd.png);] I would lie & say that you're not on my mind... Haven laid on Louis’ chest with her arms on either side of him, one hand drawing makeshift shapes against his skin as her eyes drifted shut. The feel of his skin against hers was like an old friend. Everything about him was amazing, especially to have him back. Every good memory came back when his body crashed into her own. All the reasons he was different-they were different. Their friends had always been jealous of them. Mostly about the passion but it had always been more about that. They brought out a fire in one another. Sometimes that was fire was something amazing and other times vicious. They’d bounce back if it was something bad happened. Even now. Yes, it had taken them too long to get back to where they were but their paths had found their way back to one another. They had fixed things like they always did. And for once, Louis was the one seeking her out to fix things. Ok, maybe Cameron wouldn’t die for letting him in the house.
As louis pulled her closer to him, she pressed her forehead to his and rubbed her nose against his. She breathed in while her palm flattened against his chest. That even felt like it was taking energy out of her. Apparently the two of them had really worked out a lot of pent up energy. The last time haven had exerted that much of herself was with him. With Clark, she’d pretty much hope that he hit the right spot or she’d be on top to make sure she did. Never with louis. He always took his time with her to bring her to completion first. Of course, that was never enough for her. With him she always wanted more. This morning had been no different as he helped the waves crash and then helped to swell them back up again. Their blood was rushing through their veins while their hearts beat our of control. She could feel his through his chest at this present moment.
When she opened her eyes, she pulled her head from his. She nodded it as her hand ran up his chest to cup along the side of his head. ”I am very sure about this. We’ve spent too much time apart from one another. No more. No traveling two hours just to see one another. I want you here when I wake up in the morning. I want to be able to have coffee with you in our kitchen and come home to have dinner with on another. I want to take a shower with you and fall asleep with you. No more distance. You said you wanted us to work. If you want this to work, I want you here. With me.” her smile was soft as she stared at him in the eyes. This wasn’t moving fast when you had the history that the two of them did. In this case it was perfectly natural to be doing. But hat’s how far Haven was willing to go right now. Marriage was far off. There was still so much foundation that had to be re-laid before they got back to there.
A condition? Haven was curious…and then she wished she wasn’t. she threw her head back as she groaned. ”That’s not fair! Seriously, not fair!” He was playing dirty again and giving her no choice but to cave. Before she could protest more he was kissing her again as he was moving her on her back. Haven returned the fervor. She may be exhausted but she could be persuaded to continue. Maybe.
When Louis moved away from her lips, a sultry laugh left her lips. ”are you trying to kill me? I am exhausted.” she practically moaned out the last part. Oh he knew just how to distract her. Her breathing started to become labored again as she tucked on his face to bring their lips together again. Soft moans escaped her lips and escaped against his own. Haven felt herself building her energy back up. All that mattered was each of their hot flesh meeting one another. As her hands ran along the side of his body, her house phone rang. Haven groaned as she leaned her head back and pulled the covers down. With louis still on her she called at the caller id. ”it’s work.” she laughed at louis as she shook her head. ”if I don’t answer it, they’ll call my cell you know.” well, apparently her words were not enough as she was being pulled back down while laughter peeled from her lips.

Haven's words were a total turn on to Louis. Not that his only desire for her was sexual. Nothing could be farther from the truth. But her words stirred up so many familiar and long forgotten memories about them. So many simple nights sitting and sipping cocoa and other nights, filled with need and fire and passion for one another. There were so many facets to their beautifully complex relationship. There was no one word to define them and their love and everything that they were to and made each other. Louis and Haven truly were two people that could not be complete without each other.
Louis smiled back at Haven's own soft sweet lips. His hand rubbed up and down her back in a slow methodical manner, as he teased her about his condition. But he was going to invest in the place. After all, it had been supposed to be both of theirs. It wasn't fair that Haven pay for everything. It is perfectly fair...because it's supposed to be my house too...So I should be allowed to pay for some of it, else it won't feel like our place, it'll feel like your place that I moved into again...Like the apartment. Louis explained. Not that he really minded, but it was a good excuse. I'll be moving in then. Louis said, as he rolled back over on top of her and began to kiss her again.
He knew moving would be a bit of a process. He didn't a ton of stuff, but he had a lot of paintings and papers and books and books filled with songs he'd written. Not to mention sketch books full of pictures. Some had locks on them, which he knew where the keys were still and there was a good reason for those locks. Those sketches were nudes of Haven, only for the two of them to look at. In one of the books there was even a very funny one of Louis, that Haven had attempted to draw. He had turned out looking like a badly sewn muscle suit that someone might wear as a joke for Halloween. But it had entertained Louis so much, he kept it, despite the fact that Haven had wanted him to get rid of it.
Louis was entertained by Haven's words and the way she moaned them out. Never stopped you before. He said, groaning himself. Louis began to work her back up again, using whatever means necessary to pleasure her and making sure, as he always did, that she was completely satisfied until the time her body demanded more. Louis was exhausted too, but he wasn't going to let that stop him. Like he'd said, it never had in the past. So why should they let it stop them now?! Just as Louis had almost brought her to her climax, the phone rang, breaking the moment, as Haven began to sit up. Oh come on Haven, just ignore it! He demanded, but not in a rude way. Louis ignored her next words, and forced her to lay back down, and began to nip at her collar bone as the lower half of his body continued to work on her. But when the phone rang again, Louis reached for it in one fluid motion and picked it up. Hello, who's this? He looked a bit irritated, as the woman on the other end answered his question and said what she wanted, but not before asking who she was speaking to. Choosing to ignore the bit about himself, Louis only referred to the bit about Haven She's indisposed, isn't coming in today, and doesn't want to ben bothered. He replied matter-of-factly, and hung the phone up. Now...where were we? He asked, as he stared down at her. Oh yes, that's right...I was making love to you. Just as Louis said that, the house phone rang again. Without even looking it's direction, Louis' large hand reached over and yanked the chord from the wall, making the ring stop dead. Ahhh...that's better He mused and flipped the covers back up over their heads.
When they had finished for the second time and Louis lay next to her panting once again, he truly was spent. He felt as if he could sleep for the next 24 hours, but only if she were in his arms. He had not exerted himself that much since they had broken up, so he was a bit out of shape. But they would no doubt fix that. Louis and Haven would be getting plenty of exercise....they always did.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style,width: 350px; padding: 10px; background-image: url(http://i48.tinypic.com/4v3fjd.png);] I would lie & say that you're not on my mind... haven had never loved anyone else like this before. Everything about the two of them ran deep, pure and true. Every emotion was raw and real. They had never held back from each other before and haven and louis weren’t going to begin now. It wasn’t just about being their bodies to one another. No, it was so much more. Haven had never spoken to another man like she spoke to louis. She never had any issues with telling him everything she felt about him, about them. Even when he angered her, haven had no problems telling him. Too many couples didn’t do that. It’s why cameron had made an irrational decision but that was another story.
Haven arched her back as his fingers slid along her skin. He as doing everything possible to make her cave into what he wanted. She licked her lips as she tried to gather her thoughts. She had always been a stubborn girl but he had always known how to work around that. Her answer came out breathlessly. ”fine I give up.” she wiggled to try to get away from his hand, no matter how briefly. ”but you have to talk to cameron about the second barn. He’s making it into a studio to win kylie back so he had free reigns to do what he wants.” pretty much all the money she had invested into it was done with. The interior designing was all him and she wouldn’t object. Not like she had a use for it. Plus, she hoped it’d get her sister and cameron back together.
this was truly to become their house. It made her feel good inside. She knew there’d be mornings that she would trip over her shoes and even if she seemed frustrated, inside she’d be happy to have his things around again. Since cameron was working on that building for kylie she could put all of kylie’s sewing item sin her room and give louis the fourth bedroom as his art studio. Eventually, maybe, the basement could be converted into some sort of music studio. They had talked of it once before but wasn’t sure if he would still want that. All things to be discussed as they transitioned their lives from two separate ones to a solitary one again.
Haven gripped at his body as he breathing became labored and mixed with her noises of her pleasure. Her limbs were screaming for rest but everything else was screaming for them to continue. Well, you can guess which side one out. They were no longer two separate beings but one. Not only were their body merging together but their very beings. No matter how heated their unions were, it was always about the love with Haven and Louis. That still hadn’t changed. that love made every sensation that much more intense. Her body always craved louis when she saw him. Who could blame haven? He was gorgeous. He had eyes that could stare into your very being, a muscular build that wasn’t overdone, clean cut and his touch…oh just the slightest touch from him sent her reeling. And that intoxicating kiss made her feel like she was drunk. She’d make a fool of herself just to have his lips on hers. Louis was her drug and she had no intentions of cleansing him from her system.
Haven had completely forgotten to call work. Of course they’d be calling! And since the phone kept ringing it could be assumed cameorn had left the house which was a good thing. That’d just be awkward if he were still in it. She went to reach for it onc emore ut louis had gotten to it first. She tried to grab it from him but he’d just move his body to get her to stop which caused haven to bite down on her lip least any of her employees heard her. That would just be awkward whenever louis allowed her to leave this room and she went back. After he pulled out her house phone her cellphone began to ring. As their lips melded together she pressed the button to answer it then immediately hung it up. Then, without care, she tossed it against the wall so that the backing and battery would pop off. Haven wanted her fill of louis and she would get it now.
As louis rolled off her, haven could already feel the exhaustion taking over. And fully taking over. Her body felt like pure mush while her brain was trying to shut itself off. Haven rolled her body so she could rest her head on louis’ chest. ”no more. No more for now.” she reached to pull the blanket up around them, not caring that they were on fire and perspiring from all their activity. Haven wanted to sleep right here on louis. And just sleep. For now that is.

Louis smiled as Haven said he had won. But the smile turned to a concerned look within a few seconds, as their conversation turned to Cameron and Kylie. How is she, anyway...Kylie? Louis asked. She must be devastated. To lose the person you loved, your health, and your child all in one night, was simply tragic. He genuinely felt for the younger Stowe sister. Louis wished there was something he could do for her. Maybe soon there would be, considering he and Haven were back on good terms. How could Kylie be angry with him if Haven wasn't any more? She'd be holding a grudge for now apparent reason. One thing Louis did count on however, was having to earn Kylie's trust, so she wouldn't be afraid of him doing anything to hurt Haven again. And he was fine with that, and confidant he could do it.
Louis mind wandered to imaginings of life with Haven again. Waking up at the break of dawn so he could watch the sun shine through the windows and illuminate her, as if she were some angelic being, like he always had before. Louis never told Haven that he made a point of waking up before her (even if he did go back to sleeps after sometimes), just so he could watch her for a half hour or so. Cooking with or for her, cleaning up the house for her so she could get to the shop, surprising her with lunch when she was working. Having here there to kiss any time he wanted to. Late nights in each other's arm just musing about anything and everything. Writing songs about her, with her sitting right beside him again. Oh how many things they had to look forward to, new and old alike.
The phone call in the midst of the height of their passionate and been an unwelcome interruption to be sure. Louis had laughed as Haven tried to get the phone from him, to keep him from answering it. And then when her cell phone rang, she threw it against the wall, after Louis had unplugged the landline. Finally! And then they recovered from the interruption, picking up right where they'd left off.
Louis pulled Haven close, as he panted, nestling their bodies close together as Haven brought the covers over them. He nodded at her words, too out of breath to answer right at that second. Both arms around her, one beneath and one over top, Louis slowly drifted off to sleep. He dreamed of Haven and their past days, he dreamed of their happy times and their fights. He dreamed about them breaking up and woke up for a few seconds afraid the dream had been their reunion, until he realized a second later that she lay in his arms. Louis gently kissed the top of her head, not wanting to wake her, before he fell back to sleep. The next time he woke up, it was 4:00 in the afternoon. And he was feeling quite rested now. Haven was still asleep however and he wasn't sure if he should wake her or not.
Very carefully and gently, he whispered her name, placing a single finger under her chin, to lift her head to look at him. He greeted her with a smile and a small peck on the lips as her eyes fluttered open. Are you hungry? Louis whispered to her. Before he did much of anything else, Louis wanted to get a shower, sorta freshen up, and then maybe go out for a nice dinner or something. But he wasn't sure what Haven would want to do and whether or not she'd want to take a shower separately or together. Louis would of course promise to be good. But his eyes did crave the site of her naked body in the streams of soothing hot water. Maybe we could...I dunno...get a showered up and go out? He suggested, still speaking in low tones as they wer both still trying to wake up.
