[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=style, width: 420px; background-color: #A9B1B9; border: 10px #1B2836 solid]it‘s amazing, you save me
Despite each of their celebrity crushes, the two of them weren’t ones for just vegging out in front of the screen. Between not caring and not having time, it wasn’t heartbreaking. He’d much rather be out doing something then sitting around. When sitting around he got antsy. That’s why at work he often paced instead of sitting between patients. There were moments his feet ached and he had to rest but moving around was good for him. It kept him awake. ”Go for it. While you complain I may fall asleep. Especially when your beloved Hugh Jackman comes on. He just bores me silly.”
Cameron truly felt bad he had to tell Kylie everything here. He felt bad that things had exploded the way they did. And he felt bad Clark wasn’t a real man. Everything about tonight was a bit screwy. Cameron had never experienced this much drama before, which is surprising considering one of his best friends was a girl. Not that either of the Stowe girls themselves were being dramatic. No, it was the egotistical men who were. But if he hadn’t met Kylie, he probably wouldn’t know about any of it. Not that he regretted being with Klie just it was funny how things all worked out in such a way. ”Well, if you get her side we can compare it with everything Louis told me and see if there’s a way to help her out with whatever is going on?”
Cameron felt a rush doing this here with Kylie because of the chance they could get caught. The door was locked but someone could hear them. It was so spontaneous unadventurous. It got his blood pumping and Kylie just increased the flow even more. He increased the intensity of this kissing, moving his tongue around to taste her tongue. He craved her intensely right now. As they both went to undress one another, they heard the scream from the ballroom. And then several more, followed by some people shouting. ”I think we need to go check it out.”
While Kylie righted herself, he redid the few buttons she had undone and tucked his shirt back into his pants. He was slipping his coat on as he headed to the door when kylie stopped him to wipe at his face. He uttered his thanks before he unlocked the door and stepped out. When they reached the ballroom, Cameron tried to keep Kylie behind him but it was too later. He wrapped his arms around her when he caught sight of Oliver standing under the body that hung from some trap door in the ceiling while some others worked to cut him down, saying they thought they saw a twitch. A twitch as if the man had been alive, which means they would have to check him. He pressed a kiss to the top of Kylie’s head before he puleld her away form him. His fingers wiped at her cheek bones. ”Ok, baby, I need to go help Oliver. I want you to go somewhere else until I come find you.” He saw their younger host, Leila, walking by with her mother)who he recognized form the emergency room). Some others were following as well. ”Hey go with these women here. They’re talking about going into one the main sitting room down the hall. Go and stay there.” Cameron pressed a quick kiss to her cheek before he rushed to help then men.
Cameron knelt beside the mayor’s body as he checked his vitals. The odler man looked like someone had really ran him through the ring a few times and his neck was starting to bruise from the rope. It bruising meant he had been alive when his body dropped down. Had being the key word since he felt nothing for a pulse. He let out an exasperated sigh as he shook his head. With a glance at Oliver he knew it was worthless to try. ”Jesus, what is going on in this town?” He glanced up at the people who were starting to form a crowd. Jude Winslet and his father had joined the area as well as a couple of the men from the town council. They all formed another circle to block the body from view. ”Did anyone see who the hell did this?”

Post by OLIVER SEBASTIAN WELCOTT on Mar 14, 2013 8:40:24 GMT -5
What a night this had been so far. With having to dodge women, so he didn't have to dance and then the ridiculousness with the two men who had gotten in a fight. Oliver didn't know either of the men personally, he just knew of them. One, a famous singer, and the other Kylie's sister's fiancee. It seemed that the Singer, Louis Fitch, had been a former flame of Haven's. One learned something knew every day. He didn't know what it was they had quarreled about, but one could well guess it was something to do with Haven. The ex lover and the new fiancee...never a good combination. Especially at a party. Oliver had wondered if alcohol had, been a contributing factor. But it had been determined, that while both men had consumed some amount of alcoholic beverages, neither were drunk.
Everyone seemed quite stirred up now. The guests were all curious and the hosts were angry. But when the band struck up again, it drew the people back to the dance floor. He sat in a chair, in a shadowed corner, where again he hoped he wouldn't be noticed, watching the couples pair up and go through the simple steps, or just sway back and forth. Oliver actually found himself wishing that Lexi Cross had been there. He would have asked her for a dance. Oliver wasn't attracted to her, it was just that the two had become rather good friends in a short amount of time. Oliver had lost his wife and Lexi her husband. They both understood each other's grief ad neither were ready for a relationship, nor had plans of ever being son currently. It was comforting to have someone in your life that understood exactly what it was you were going through.
Oliver got a glass of wine and returned to his corner. He sat nursing it for the next half hour or so. When he had finished, he thought he might find Cameron to say good evening and retire back to his own home. He had just gotten up to do so, when a blood curdling scream stopped everyone and everything short. Oliver ran in the direction and found a terrified woman pointing upwards. He looked up to see the mayor's body dangling from a rope above the room. By the way he was moving, he was still alive. Someone cut him down! He yelled and two young men went to work at it.
As soon as the body hit the floor, Oliver ran over and loosed the rope from the man's neck. He pressed his head to the man's chest, listening for a heart beat. When he rose, not hearing anything, he saw Cameron sending Kylie off, and then the other Doctor knelt by him. No heart beat Oliver said, and then attempted to revive the man as Cameron checked for a pulse. But it was no use. He's gone. He confirmed in a low, grim voice, knowing by the look on Cameron's face that he agreed with Oliver's diagnoses. There's nothing more we can do. ___________________________________________________________________________ Outfit PURR! Post by DANIEL MARCUS ZAKARIAN on Mar 16, 2013 12:55:00 GMT -5
Here this ball was supposed to be all about the school and helping them out with raising money. Not only that but it was supposed to be a New Years Eve ball that everyone could enjoy and have fun at with live music and just let loose a little. Did that happen? Nope! These two dumbasses had to go in and make the whole thing about themselves over a girl! To say that he was pissed wouldn’t scratch the surface of how he really felt. He was livid! Not only did they ruin this ball but they ruined something older than they’d see in a long time.
As Leila took him into their room he felt himself slowly calming down with the way she was getting him through this. If not he would end up punching both of those idiots in the face. Looking at his beautiful fiancé he could feel his body relaxing and calming down. “I have the number of someone that should be able to fix it.” They would call him in the morning and see if he would be able to restore it back to its glory. They would find a way if not then someone was going to pay big time. As he lied back on the bed he let out a sigh and moved back so he was resting his head on a pillow. When Leila joined him lying on top of him he smiled and slipped his arms around her.
“You’re right, we have had so much good stuff going on right now.” Grinning his eyes closed as she kissed his throat. She was being naughty and he liked this. His arms slowly started rubbing her sides while she kissed him. After a few minutes he pulled her up more and pressed his lips to hers in a hot kiss. Holding her close he shifted so she was pinned under him. His hand came up to stroke her cheek as he deepened the kiss a little more. So this was how she was going to distract him? That was a genius plan she had. “So this is how you planned on distracting me? Naughty Leila.” He laughed then moved in for another kiss.
A while later as they lay curled up in the bed together he smiled as he looked over to her. His arms were wrapped around her middle as he placed a kiss to her neck. His eyes caught the time on the clock and they widened. They only had fifteen minutes to go. “We need to get back to the party.” With a sigh he detached himself from her and moved to pull his clothes on. Once they were ready and fixed up he took her hand leading her back to the party. This was going to be so awkward if someone noticed what they had been up to.
Entering the ball room he smiled to a few people and waved at others. He watched the clock as the time for the New Year came closer. When the clock struck twelve he found Leila with his grandmother and gave her a long sweet kiss. That was until the scream broke the sound of the cheers. Breaking from Leila his eyes turned to look at the dance floor where the noise had come from. There hanging in the middle of the floor was the body of the mayor. Seeing the body twitch he gasped and looked into Leila’s eyes with horror showing in his own. “You should get my grandparents out of here and then come back.” Though he really didn’t want her to see any of this really. Walking over to the center of the room he watched the two doctors there.
Looking at how high it was he called one of the butlers for a ladder and waited. He was right they needed him to be cut down. When the ladder got here he climbed up it and used his pocket knife to cut the rope and let the body finish its fall to the ground. Once down he watched the doctors work. “Well, is he still alive?” As people started to gather around it he looked to the butler and waved him over. When he reached him he ordered the butlers and everyone they could get to have everyone kept away from the area. When one of the security for the party came over he asked for the ear piece that would let him into the intercom system in the house. When he was hooked up all of the speakers came to life in every room. “Everyone in attendance is being asked to go to the main dining room at this moment. The house is currently in lockdown.” Once off he looked to the guard. “Everyone here is a suspect in this murder.”
Finding the woman that screamed he called her over and had her go with the security so she could be questioned on what she saw. Making his way to Oliver and Cameron he looked at the body. “Should we cover him for now or go ahead and call an ambulance to come get him?” There was nothing they could do for him.

Post by SKYLAR ALEX DUNHAM on Mar 16, 2013 15:14:05 GMT -5
Skylar and Avery spent a good chunk of that brawl setting everything up for their big reveal. They had gotten real lucky with the set up of this house. It had all the perfect places to do their dirty deeds. And with Skylar working the event, they were able to set up a couple different cameras. As soon as Skylar was done their shift, they slipped into the car with Avery and drove off where they needed to be. They had parked the mayor’s car a few miles away from the mansion and they had big plans for it. With Avery out of the car, Skylar went to the driver’s side and followed along.
Skylar parked the car and went to help Avery cover the mayor’s car in gasoline. There was a smirk of their face as everything got soaked in the clear liquid. Too bad the poor mayor’s wife wasn’t home to see this. She was out playing nice at the Charity Ball. But the kids…oh the kids were inside the house with a sitter. They would see the flames and smell the smoke. Yes, they would be scarred for life just like Avery and Skylar were for what those in power did to them. One of the people? Yeah, right. They had a silver spoon in their mouths from day one.
Skylar listened for a moment as they heard the sitter scream before getting into the car. Avery was already watching their master plan for the ball unfold. Skylar chuckled as they drove off. With Avery at the wheel, Skylar held the small video monitor so they could relish in the chaos back at the mansion. The cops were starting the arrive as well as paramedics. Yeah, good luck saving him. The mayor’s body was already weak before he fell from the ceiling. With the noose it just cinched the deal. Maybe now people would smarten up and listen to the two of them. After all, Avery and Skylar knew all the dirty little secrets.
”Shit,”[ Skylar muttered as they turned around. Behind them a cop had just flipped on their light. How in the world did they find them?! They were going the speed limit so there was no way to get them for a traffic violation. With a grunt, Skyalr looked around. ”Quarter mile up the road take a sharp right. We’ll get rid of the car there and separate.” Skylar knew this area well. Cops often missed the turn and with their dark vehicle’s lights off, they wouldn’t notice them disappearing at first. Which was correct. At first the cop car flew by, giving Skylar and Avery ample time to scramble out of the car. Without any words, Avery went one direction and Skylar the opposite direction just as the cop pulled up and got out of their car.
Just as the cop drew closer to their vehicle, Skylar pressed a button on the phone in their pocket to make the bombs placed in the car explode.

whatever you want here--} ❂ ❂ ❂ ❂ ❂ Willow smiled softly as she watched Dominic return with... an awful lot of food. She couldn't help but laugh, wondering if she looked like that much of a pig or if he himself was simply that hungry. She knew he was just trying to be a sweetheart, well, not so much trying, he was one so it wasn't difficult him to do nice things. She stood as he arrived at the table she had chosen. It was slightly out of the way of the dancing crowds and gave them a bit of privacy.
"Why thank you." She grinned and helped him with the food before sitting back down in her chair. It all looked so good, they had simply outdone themselves. "I'm so happy to be a teacher tonight. Its nice to see everyone doing their part to help out with the budget and everything... helps make sure I still have a job." She giggled and took a bite of one of the appetizers, enjoying every bite of it. "Oh gosh this is marvelous." It really was nice to still have a job, she loved her job, loved children and was so happy she could help teach them, mold their minds, try to keep them happy each day. It was a struggle and even a hassle some days but she loved it nonetheless.
The scream made her jump and bang her knee off the table. She cursed softly, rubbing the sore spot tenderly as she glanced around the room, trying to find the source of the problem. She paled considerably, spotting the problem. She stood up slowly, hands covering her mouth as she took a step back, trying to get out of the panic. "D... Dominic..." She murmured, pointing towards the dangling body as the crowd tried to figure out what to do with it. She was never good with death, especially after with fiance's passing. It was scary and heart-wrenching and well, murder was even more so.

[/color] Jude nodded as he looked around the room. ”Well masculine you say? Lets play pick the most masculine man and see if Bella can snag him.” Jude was glad he had a friend who was here to keep him company while Sydni was off doing her thing. He knew Bella and him could have fun joking and that she wouldn’t cross any lines. There were some girls who didn’t respect when two people were together which was frustrating. Not just concerning him but in general. Some people just had no respect for others.
As it struck midnight Jude looked for Sydni but didn’t find her. It felt awkward giving Bella a kiss so he pulled her in for a hug but it was interrupted by a blood curdling scream. The two looked around to the source of it. Out of the corner of his eye he noticed the color drain from Bella’s face and reached for her wrist to squeeze it. ”Come on,” he said as they moved their way through the crowd. ”Hey, move it people! Now!” Jude had no patience at a time like this. He had no doubt it was the same people behind what happened at the fair and what happened at the tree lighting ceremony. As the two read the note, his father joined them as well as other people from the city council. They began to form a circle to push people out while Daniel gave orders to have people moved out.
Jude rubbed at his face and looked to Bella. ”Ok I need you to go with everyone into the dining room. I know it’s not your job but I need you to keep people calm, please? And when the police arrive be there with anyone who requires legal assistance to give advice. If you need help just call my cell phone, ok?” Jude didn’t want her to be around this. He didn’t really want anyone to be around this. His fingers rubbed at his temple as he let out a grunt. His body turned to look at Daniel as staff went to lock doors while some people waited outside for the police. The sirens could be heard in the distance as he turned to Daniel.
”Well, I love how you are already playing lead detective accusing people and causing panic.” His face screwed up in confusion before he rolled is eyes. ”I know this is your grandparents house and your pissed but you do realize you’re technically included as a suspect. We all will be.” As the police began to file in he stepped aside and saw a few people standing by the doorway into the ball room. He turned to some of the staff hired for the event and snapped his fingers before pointing in that direction. ”Block those people from seeing anything. Now.”

[atrb=border, 0, true][atrb=style, width: 420px; background-color: #A9B1B9; border: 10px #1B2836 solid]it‘s amazing, you save me
Cameron stood by and watched as someone got a ladder. It seemed like it was all going in slow motion. The host of the event climbed the ladder to release the gentleman and some people caught him to lower him down. He and Oliver worked together to try to resuscitate him, all to no avail. They were just moments too late it seemed. Cameron hated to lose patients. Sure, he could handle it just fine but that didn’t mean it was easy. He shook his head as he looked at Oliver. There was a defeated look in Cameron’s eyes. Tonight was supposed to go well for him and Kylie but it hadn’t gone so well at all. No, it had gone terribly. First the fight between Louis and Clark then this? A year ago Hope Harbor was a sleepy little town where the biggest problems were some car accidents and maybe an affair. Now someone wanted to scare the people in this town. Who? Well, no one was really sure.
Cameron stood up and rubbed at the back of his neck before he sighed. He processed Daniel‘s question and shook his head. ”No just leave him as is until the police get here. They need to collect evidence and a sheet would contaminate it. They have their own drapes they‘ll use that are sterile.”/color] Working in the ER when they had accidents, assault or rape cases there was the chain of evidence. He knew what had to be done even if it wasn’t pretty. That meant the body would have to be on display a little while longer so photos could be taken.
As the police made their way in, Cameron stepped aside to talk to one about how he and Oliver had tried to revive the man. He heard over someone’s radio about how an officer was in pursuit of a suspicious vehicle after a fire at the mayors house and requesting back up. Being a small town with few offices, a few of them left to go help out. Cameron was just antsy to return to Kylie and make sure she was ok after everything she had seen.

She had yet to see him ge really upset about anything as serious as this. She knew it was a family heirloom so she knew he was bound to get upset but she had to figure out a new way to calm him. She had a feeling the normal ‘it’s ok everything will be fine’ approach wouldn’t exactly work in this case. Her family really had nothing like that of value. Everything of value of theirs was more memory wise then anything else. ”Well, how about I call them tomorrow, hm? That way you don’t have to worry about it and it gives me an excuse to hide from our mothers.”
As Leila kissed at his skin, her hands reached up to slowly unbutton his shirt, the process only broken as he pulled her up for a fiery kiss. After she gained some composure she was back at her task of undoing his top. He made it easy to slip off when he flipped her so she was underneath and her hands could reach up to push both the white shirt and his tuxedo jacket off. When he pulled away she laughed with a seductive tone. ”Well, we could go back to the party but I think this is a better stress reliever.” She shifted under him as he came back down to her, smiling into the kiss as the continued their fun.
Leila pulled Daniel closer to her, playing with his hands. She tilted her head back as she closed her eyes and grinned. That was a much better way to spend their New Year’s Eve. But, he had to spoil it by saying they had to go back to the party. ”Aw but can’t we just say I wasn’t feeling well and you were taking care of me,” she said before pouting playfully. When he insisted they had to go back she huffed before she went to slip her undergarments and dress back up, asking Daniel for assistance with the zipper of her dress. She went to the vanity to fix her hair before they left to go back to where everyone else was gathered. Leila did well at playing off like nothing had happened as they spoke to guests. Daniel went off to talk to someone at one point so she went back to his grandmother to talk about the fight and the table.
When Daniel came to give her a midnight kiss, she smiled into it while she reached her hand up to touch his cheek lightly. This year was full of so much promise between their wedding and the birth of their child. For once in her life, Leila was hopefully of the future.
The scream startled her as she looked around for the source of the noise. A strangled noise left her lips as she saw the body of the mayor. She began to feel faint and only half looked at Daniel when he looked to her. Everyone knew the mayor had been missing for awhile but what was this about? And how had anyone gotten in here to do this set up? Leila weakly nodded at Daniel’s command before she went to his grandmother. She tried to get his grandfather to come with the but the man was being stubborn(must be where Daniel got it from) so gave up for the moment. After she got his grandmother settled into a private sitting room away from everyone else, and Daniel’s parents came around, she went back to the ballroom to retrieve the elder Zakarian man. He may be stubborn but Leila was just as stubborn, if not more so. She had no problem getting in the man’s face and telling him Daniel had told Leila to come get him. Of course the action of tyring to speka to him just made her dizziness worse. Between seeing the twitching body, the blood from where the knife was stuck in and the lack of real food in a couple hours made her extremely weak all of a sudden.
Apaprently that’s what she needed for him to move.
She felt his arm slip around her waist and then her mothers. The two moved her out of the room and they went into the sitting room with the rest of the family. Some food and juice was ordered for Leila as she curled up on a settee. She tried o insist on going back into the ballroom like Daniel wanted but everyone refused to let her. She heard Daniel’s voice come over the intercom system just as food was brought to her and chuckled. This was not the best thing to have happen when he was still pretty miffed about the fight. Reluctantly she began to eat, hoping if she got something in her system she might be able to go out and help Daniel however he needed.

Post by SOPHIE LYNN SCOTT-MCKENNA on Mar 20, 2013 10:54:31 GMT -5
Cops in the Woods Just as Mike got out of his cruiser and headed towards the car, hand on his gun, a large explosion ripped through the other vehicle. It sent him back to the ground, groaning in pain. Two others cruisers had pulled up at this point. One fellow officer stayed with Mike and called for an ambulance while the other three ran into the woods. The three cops went in the direction of the left as that’s where they saw movement. They kept yelling for the person in all black to stop but they wouldn’t finally the suspect’s foot caught in a hole, sending them to the ground. The officers were able to get to them quickly enough. One officer held the individual down and cuffed them while another pulled the hood back.
”My God-she’s just a young girl!”
Sophia had ran as far as she could. She could’ve gotten further if it wasn’t for the stupid fox hole. She tried to scramble away but the disgusting men caught up to her. As she struggled under the officer her sat under her she grunted. She was pulled to her feet as they pushed back her hood and removed her mask. A sneer played on her lips before she spat in the officers face. That earned her a slap but all she did was chuckle.
They patted down Sophia’s body to find more weapons. A gun, two knives and the cell phone used to detonate the car. Sophia said nothing, a blank look in her eyes the entire time. ”Hey! We’re talking to you. Where did your friend go.” Sophia tilted her head to the side while he eyes traveled up and down the officer’s face. It shook slightly. ”Friend? I think you must be mistaken. There is no one in this town worth being “friends” with. All of you are lying, pieces of shit!”[/color] The officers forced her to move back through the path towards the burning car. Several fire trucks and an ambulance had arrived at this point. They tossed her in the back of a cruiser after reading her, her rights. As the two officers got in the car to take her to the police station, Sophia got a dead stare and looked straight ahead.
“Five blind men, five blind men. See how they run, see how they run. They all ran away from Avery's might. Who's going to kill them with a carving knife?” This was the rhyme Sophie repeated over and over again. In the cruiser and the police station. Finally they gave her a sedative and sent her to Augusta to be evaluated while they went back to the ball. Someone had to tell the Scott family that their relative had been arrested on vandalism, kidnapping, aggravated assault, attempted murder, arson and finally, murder.
Cops at the Charity Ball What cops didn’t head to chase a vehicle ended up at the Charity Ball. Half went into the ballroom where the body was. The other half went into the dining room to get statements. The coroner and forensics team got there not long after. An ambulance had been sent as well to treat anyone suffering from shock. This was a frightening sight. Tomorrow the police chief would set up some sort of gathering at the town hall or someplace so that people could come get counseling for grief.
The mayor’s body was being loaded up into the van. One of his officers who hadn’t been in this group, Stefan, came into the ball room and pulled the police chief aside. They had caught one of the suspects and she-yes she-was at the police station. A fellow officer was at the hospital with injuries from an explosion and that forensics needed to head over to that scene. ”Jesus what the hell happened tonight?” Apparently that wasn’t all. The suspect? Sophie Scott-McKenna. Her mother was a wanted fugitive, father in jail and she had been living with her aunt, uncle and cousins. One of the cousins who was helping to host this event. The police chief’s face got grim as he went over to Daniel Zakarian and asked to be taken to his fiancée and her parents.
When in the private sitting room, the police chief asked everyone to sit down. Telling that family had not been easy. The aunt and uncle of the girl had broken down. The young lady, Leila, got a peculiar look on her face before she ran to a trash can and threw up. The police chief learned that the two girls had become quite close but that the Miss Scott he was talking to was pregnant. Daniel said he would bring Leila by tomorrow but she was in no condition to speak tonight. He watched the young Zakarian lifted the girl up and carry her away while a paramedic was called. The police chief stayed to speak to Mister and Missus Scott as well as the Zakarian’s in an attempt to figure out why a young girl with no criminal record had suddenly become a babbling murder.
