Simon blinked. "Really?" He peered around at the several individuals nearby. He then looked back at Lexi after she spoke and asked, "Erm, do you mind? I guess I'm still a bit nervous." Scott laughed, smiled sheepishly, and rubbed the back of his neck. Simon meowed in a bored manner.
After the ceremony ended, Scott stood up and clapped with everyone else. He leaned over slightly towards the cat to try to quietly say, "Simon, why don't you clap as well?" The cat just gave him an annoyed look.
Scott turned to look at Lexi after she spoke, and paused. He tilted his head as he gazed intently at her, and then smiled. He nodded and said, "Okay. I'll meet you there." He proceeded to move towards where the reception was going to be held, with Simon in tow.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-image:url(http://i56.tinypic.com/2zgu9hc.jpg); width: 440px; padding-top:10px;]the girl in the moon --- Lexi shook her head lightly. ”No I don’t mind. Consider me your official welcoming committee. Which, really, better me then some of the folks who dubbed themselves the welcoming committee. You’d never get away from them.” She peered at the cat who seemed displeased to be here but was rather good otherwise. Lexi had never seen such a well behaved cat. Nor one that went everywhere with their owner but she just shrugged it off. Everyone had their oddities. Lexi had many of her own.
It was very difficult trying to appear strong and like she was crying with happiness and not sorrow. Lexi was able to do it well enough if Scott just smiled and seemingly believed her story. Which, she was thankful for. She’d much rather have her little break down on her own, in private. The small bathrooms here locked which helped out. Thankfully most people weren’t using the downstairs ones as they were sort of designated for the wedding party and family. There were plenty more upstairs. Lexi just hoped no one came around trying to use this bathroom and heard her sobbing.
Lexi went outside and shivered. The landscapers had done well in clearing the snow off the pine trees and ever green bushes while the florist had set up some tress and sticking flowers in some shrubs to give them a picturesque place to take photos. Daniel really had spared no expense with today. She stood off to the side until she was needed for photos. Another smile was formed but it faltered as Daniel wrapped her up in a hug. The way he held her she knew that he figured out she had had a moment where she broke down. It took everything she had not to break down again. Lexi swallowed the lump in her throat and took the mass amount of photos that were desired. Truthfully she didn’t feel like taking them but did it anyways.
Once done, Lexi found some scissors to cut the rose down and stuck it behind her ear, the stem hidden within her hair. Her heels clicked as she went up the wooden stairway to where the reception was to be held. People were milling about, enjoying themselves, and she felt glad for them. She found Scott and went to be near him. ”So have you talked to anyone yet or are you still too nervous and need be to play buffer?”

Scott beamed cheerfully. "Thank you!" He then happily leaned over and pat Simon on the head. The cat looked around with a grumpy expression on his face.
Scott smiled as Lexi approached him in the area where the reception was held. He looked a little sheepish again as Lexi spoke. "To be honest, I usually do well in crowds like these. I guess, since this is a small town, I'm a bit nervous about messing up. Do you mind?" Simon stayed by Scott's side, though the cat warily eyed the guests and made sure no one stepped on his tail.

whatever you want here--} ❂ ❂ ❂ ❂ ❂ Willow smiled and followed after Dominic and his daughter, making sure to be out of the way for when the wedding started. Madison whined softly, hiding behind her mother, rather embarrassed and shy. She was so up and down recently it was hard to tell how she was going to act in public. "Oh come on Maddy, its just Mister Dominic, you know him, he's that nice man with the little girl you like to play with." She gestured to Everleigh, hoping her own daughter would remember and lighten up a little. Otherwise it was going to be a long day.
Thankfully Madison grinned and gave a small, shy wave to the other little girl before giggling and glancing up at the man with her. "Thank you." She managed to finally mumble, following her mother to a seat beside the other family. Willow sat beside her daughter, letting Madison sit near Everleigh, praying mentally that she would stay quiet once the actual wedding started, which seemed like it would be shortly with the way everyone was scattering about, trying to get a seat.
This was going to be hard for her. She was trying to stay positive and be happy for this young woman. She had so many good things happening for her but sadly she could feel nothing but jealousy. Thankfully she managed to hide it from her face. Willow wished so very much that she could have a wedding with her dead fiance and have a complete family. Tears welled in her eyes the moment the music started but luckily, a lot of people were starting to get teary eyed so she didn't feel so very out of place.
Leila looked beautiful, she noticed as she walked down the aisle and the place was decorated beautifully. She smiled softly and glanced down at her daughter, stroking her hair briefly, knowing her life wasn't so bad. She had her daughter and her job and her brother. As the vows were said, she wished the couple happiness in their future, perfectly happy to give them any advice on their new baby if they should need it.
Willow glanced to her side, studying Dominic for a moment, knowing full well that he was probably having a hard time with it, just as much as she was, if not maybe more. It sucked, not having the love of your life around, especially during hard times like this. She reached across the little girls who were, squirming in their seats but being good enough, thankfully, and grasped his hand lightly, giving him a small smile. She hoped he knew she was there for him, for anything he might need. They were in the same boat after all and they had to stick together.

michael wasn't normally the wedding type, but it was yet another reason to be around the townsfolk and maybe even get to know some of them a bit. not for social reasons, but purely as a way to get more information. fiona and sam had come too, fiona because she loved weddings and would have killed him if he said no, and sam for the booze and the women. michael wasn't a big drinker and usually only did so when his job called for it, which happened more than one would think.
he drove them the short distance from the hotel to the firehouse, arriving later than he'd planned because fiona had taken too long getting ready. michael and sam had been waiting in the car for at least ten minutes before she finally emerged. she was looking beautiful, of course, but that hadn't put him in a better mood. he waited till she closed her door, then sped off to the wedding. it took him a few minutes to find a place to park, stepping out in a grey suit and tie with black dress shoes. sam had on a suit, as well, and the three looked pretty sharp. they made their way inside, heading right into the ceremony area to find seats. just in time, too, the music starting not long after they'd taken their seats. michael slipped his hand into fiona's as wedding party made their way down the aisle. they'd been together for a while, but it'd never seemed the right time to get married, though he knew she wanted to.
michael wasn't the emotional type, usually, anyway. but fiona was teary eyed as she listened to their vows. sam wasn't really even paying attention to the wedding, too busy checking out the women in his vicinity. he shook his head and returned his attention to the ceremony. they had just exchanged rings, then was the kiss, which they kept pretty low key. michael didn't blame them and would no doubt have done the same in front of so many strangers. he turned his gaze to fi, seeing that she was already looking at him, and gave her a smile as he squeezed her hand. he leaned in and kissed her cheek, then clapped as the newlyweds headed back down the aisle. they didn't have long to wait, since they'd had seats near the back, and were soon congratulating the two of them and wishing them the best of luck.
sam wanted to get upstairs to the alcohol, and michael and fiona went up as well. the reception hall was beautifully decorated, leading fi to hint around that she'd like something like this at her own wedding. he smiled, agreeing that it was very nice. they both got drinks, michael getting an iced tea, fiona a cocktail. he glanced around, wondering where jude was, figuring he'd be there, as well as natalie owens. he was curious to see how she was doing, and wanted to introduce fiona to her. but if not this time there'd no doubt be another opportunity.

Well, maybe less people but even that didn’t matter right now. She was just happy to be marrying a man she truly loved. Daniel made her feel safe and loved. He made her laugh and eased her when she felt distressed. Even if some people weren’t happy about the union, who cared anymore? Daniel had asked her to marry him. He was up here, promising to love her no matter what. That’s what mattered. Not the fact he was six years older. Or the fact that he was friends with her brother. No what mattered is he truly did care about her. He didn’t care about anything in her past nor her condition. He accepted all aspects of Leila Scott. Yes that made her happier beyond belief. It wiped away all her nerves she had about today and staring into his eyes, she knew even more so then before this moment is where fate had been leading them.
Leila was beginning to get a little tired as well as hungry. She had been up early to start to get ready. She was just glad the reception was after the photos. Once up there they’d share their first dance and then hopefully she could sit and rest for a bit. She had a small surge of energy kissing Daniel in the small room where no one could see them. A shot of desire went through her but she knew this was not the time to indulge in any sort of activities with him. Her hands played with the edges of his tux as she laughed. ”Well I was worried you’d be disappointed it wasn’t a boy but your face showed how happy you clearly are.” She wrinkled her nose before she went to rub the tip of it against the tip of his own. A small yelp escaped her lips as he slapped her bottom. ”Mister Zakarian, I do believe this is an inappropriate place for something like that! I am a married woman after all.” He really was not helping her in restraining herself as he kept pressing kisses to her lips. Still, they had to.
The photos helped. She was so focused on trying to get some good shots. The dress hid her bump nicely though she took a few which accentuated it a bit. She wasn’t trying to hide her pregnancy just not have all the focus on it for the photos. She took some fun ones with Daniel and then their family members. By the end she was just ready to be done. She just wanted to go lay down somewhere but they still had the reception to go to. Daniel by her side helped and hopefully some food would give her more energy. As the rest of their family members headed upstairs, she slipped the rose Daniel had given her into her bouquet. She gave him a tender kiss before their first dance was announced. As she came in, Reagan took her bouquet so her and Daniel could move to stand under the canopy in the middle of the room.
Shades were drawn so that all the lights in the makeshift call could be turned on, giving it a romantic feeling. As she found her way into Daniel’s arms, their wedding song of “Too Young” by Nat King Cole came on. Fitting considering many people thought them too young to be getting married. She pressed the side of her head against Daniel’s and breathed in. they’d have decades of just this-being in each other’s arms-and that made her very happy. She pulled her head back so she could look at him. ”So how does it feel to officially be tied down for good? Scared yet.”

Whitney grinned as her brother joined her, followed by the rest of her family. They were such an odd bunch but thick as thieves which was good. She ruffled her brother's hair knowing he wouldn't enjoy it. She was fond of him and worried an awful lot about him. More so than she would ever admit to him, knowing very well he'd get embarrassed and try to tell her that there was no need. Of well, its what big sisters did, he could suck it up.
She followed her family to the reception area, planning on getting her own drink on and perhaps stuffing her face with good food. After all, the whole place looked like a fairytale, they HAD to have good food. After all she made the cake and knew that was wonderful at least. She certainly hoped everyone liked it.
She noticed Jackson's glance to the bar and laughed softly, knowing he wasn't the sweetheart he used to be. He was a teenager. "Come on, when mom's not looking I'll sneak you something." She murmured to him. Hell it was a party right? And at least this way she was monitoring him so he didn't end up an alcoholic. "Go sit and I'll be over shortly. Don't pick up any girls on the way, don't need strange women at our table."

Kitty had ignored Jackson or rather not ignored, was too embarassed to say much. She gave a casual snide remark and tried not to blush. Yes she looked rather out of place and she was pretty adorable but... she didn't think he would notice. Well she had hoped but never expected it.
She joined the others as they sat for the ceremony. She sat way in the back, hoping to go unseen and maybe her blush would disappear shortly. It was a beautiful ceremony. She couldn't deny that. She didn't mean to be grumpy, it was a happy ceremony after all. The only reason she was feeling so down was because her home life was suckish today. For once she felt really alone. It was the reason she had come to the wedding in the first place, to be around happy faces to convince herself that perhaps she wasn't alone, that maybe she had a chance to have a wedding like this one day.
She sat quietly and wished the happy couple the best in their shared life. She hoped she could have something similar in her own future. She held her hands together, watching as everyone moved on to the reception. She wondered briefly if she should follow them or just go home and pretend to be excited about it. Plucking up her courage, she wandered with them, at least figuring she could get some food. It wasn't like there was a lot waiting for her at home.
She spotted Jackson again and flushed, passing by him quickly to find her own place to sit, hoping for a friendly face she might recognize from school or work. But she was never that lucky.

*---tonight is the night,A N D I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR IT ALL MY LIFE, WAITING FOR YOU TO SHOW ?!-------------------------------------------------- [/size] Today was the day of Daniel and Leila's wedding. A day that many had suspected would come for many years prior, but no one could believe was actually here. And wasn't that the way it had always happened? Liam wasn't close friends with either the bride or the groom. He was more a business contact. He had done some work for the Zakarian family from time to time. They always liked unique structures, and so they were some of Liam's favorite clients. He as an architect you see, and liked to be able to get creative with his work. As evidenced by the modern style home he'd designed and had built himself. It was his masterpiece. Liam was no braggart, but he was proud of the work he'd done on his home.
Dawning a dark gray suit, with sleek, fitted, lines, Liam spiked his hair, grabbed the gift (a weekend getaway package, with a choice of 6 different locations), and headed out to his car. Getting into his 2013 Marussia B2 Sport Coupe, probably his most prized possession, he drove the the reception site.
He arrived only minutes before the reception started and to take a seat quickly. Knowing both the bride and groom, he decided to sit on the groom's side, near the middle. It was close enough to see, but not close enough to be noticed. The ceremony was nice. The men looked handsome and the girls looked pretty. Leila beamed as she walked down the aisle and Daniel beamed as he watched her. Liam found himself hoping that someday he would find a girl worth smiling at the way Daniel was smiling at Leila.
The vows were sweet and heartfelt. Women were crying and "oooing and awwing" all over the place. Liam merely sat smiling happily. If they loved each other they should be together, people shouldn't have been trying to drive them apart. Liam was happy to see that their love had won out. He clapped with everyone else when the couple kissed and after being announced, walked back down the aisle as the new "Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Zakarian".
Liam rose from his seat as everyone else did, stretching a little. He looked for anyone he might know. He saw a few acquaintances, but not one he really felt like talking to, until his eyes landed on Jude Winslet. Smiling, Liam walked over to the lawyer, who was only a few years older than himself. Hey! Jude, how's it going? He extended his hand and gave Jude's a firm shake. The two had been friends for quite sometime now and had hung out on occasion. Liam had always enjoyed his company.Pretty nice wedding. He commented, looking around with his hands stuck in his pants pockets. It as obvious no expense had been spared. And why should it be? Most men were practical about weddings. But Liam was of the mind set that something so special, two becoming, one flesh, needed to be spectacular. If he ever had a daughter and she ever decided to get married, Liam knew he would throw the party of the century for her.

Post by AVERY NEVAEH DAVIS on Mar 20, 2013 15:11:20 GMT -5
FOOLS! All of these people were fools! Avery was going to kill every single one of these people that took part in what happened to them fifteen years ago. If they thought they were safe they were thinking wrong. Avery was here at the wedding dressed up normal and looking at all of these fools. They were even talking to a few people that were at the wedding. Watching as the ceremony started Avery stood up and watched as the bride came walking down the aisle. Oh if only that bride knew what Avery was planning for her. Everything wouldn’t be so picture perfect for her in the end. Standing up with everyone else Avery made sure they were acting like the rest of the people there. If only.
When the minister said something about the rings getting passed around a small none noticeable smirk spread on Avery’s lips. This was perfect. While they waited they watched everything that was going on in the room. As the ring bag got passed around Avery sat there thinking. These fools were all going to pay! Sophie would never say anything about who Avery really was. They were wasting their time and Avery knew it. This is why Avery handpicked the people they were going to use. Ones that had a big issue with this town or had been wronged by the people in town.
Finally when the rings got passed to Avery’s row they perked up a little bit to be ready for when the rings came to them. Taking the pouch from the person next to them they thanked them and held the pouch in their hands. Everyone here was saying all these happy little prayers to the happy couple? HA! They were all idiots if they think that was going to happen. Closing their eyes Avery said a silent CURSE over the rings. ”May all your worst nightmares come true and your dirty little secrets be uncovered. Both of you and your families will get what is coming to you in the end. This is only the beginning.” Their silent prayer said they passed on the rings.
As the vows continued Avery had to stop themselves from throwing up about how sweet this whole situation was. When the wedding finally ended Avery went and congratulated the new husband and wife before going upstairs. Oh Lexi was in for a big surprise when she got up here. While everyone had been running around downstairs after this had been set up Avery had snuck up here and left a little present for Lexi on her chair. It wasn’t much, just a picture with a note telling her to show the picture to Leila or else everyone would learn the truth about her husband’s death. Reaching the reception room they walked over to grab a glass of champaign. Taking a seat they brought the glass to their lips and waited for everything to unfold. Poor little Lexi was about to have a very bad day.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-image:url(http://i56.tinypic.com/2zgu9hc.jpg); width: 440px; padding-top:10px;]the girl in the moon --- Before Lexi approached Scott she had approached her seat at the table with her family. In her chair was a letter which she eyed curiously. Not really wanting to deal with it now, since she figured it was a card from Daniel and Lexi, she slipped it in her clutch. She then set her clutch in her chair and pushed it into the able. Her dad’s parents were sitting there and since her grandmother’s arthritis is bad she just wanted to sit. Lexi felt confident her belongings wouldn’t be taken. Then she went to go see Scott again.
She reached up to scratch at the side of her nose as she looked around. Leila and Daniel were dancing but it was a little hard on her. Her eyes caught sight of two of her friends, Liam and Jude, talking. ”Here, let me introduce you to two of my friends first.” as the moved she glanced down and saw the cat following them. How peculiar. ”He is very well behaved. How did you train him to be so?”
When they got up to the two men, Lexi wrapped an arm around Jude’s neck and pulled him down to ruffle his hair. ”Where is your woman? You haven’t brought her around for dinner around.” Jude, Daniel and Alex had been friends for years so naturally Lexi got to know them as well. She moved away as she laid a hand softly on Scott and used the other to motion to each man. ”This man who I just assaulted is Jude Winslet. He is one of the lawyers in town. He’s friends with my cousin the groom, Daniel. He is also a perpetual pain in my behind and is to everyone. And then this gentleman is Liam Stirling. He’s an architect. My family does work with him from time to time.” Lexi knew Liam but they were never super close friends. Mainly because her was younger then Lexi and she had moved to California just after graduation and didn’t return until a couple years ago. She was trying to get to reacquaint herself with everyone in the town, though.

[/color] Jude tilted his back and let out a short, deep laugh. ”Oh, ouch. Trying to pull the guilt card I see. That hurts Isabella, really it does.” Her pulled his head back forward and rubbed at his eyes. She was really tempting with the retainer she was offering. It was much large then anything he had asked for or even imagined asking for. ”Ahh ok well I can only do it if you stop flirting. And don’t try to deny it because you are.” At this point, the humor had left his tone. He was being very serious. ”I cannot represent someone who keeps brushing against me plus I am with someone now. It’s inappropriate and makes me uncomfortable.” If he wasn’t with Sydni then things might be a bit different but he wanted to be respectful of his relationship with her. And he expected other people ot be so.
Jude stared back at Natalie. He hated having upset her. And he hoped she hadn’t told her father he had done something to upset her. ”I wish I could make it up to her but she won’t return my calls. Did you go with her? Do you know how it went?” Even if he wasn’t close to the teenager he hated having do that. He sighed as Isabella sat on one side of him and Sydni on the other. He laced his hand through Sydni’s as they observed the ceremony. Jude’s jaw dropped when Leila said they were having a girl. That girl was in for it. Between her four uncles, father and Jude no guy would be able to get near her when she was older. They’d all be too afraid. He laughed at the appropriate times, wondering how many shades of red Mister Scott’s face had turned when Daniel mentioned sneaking into her room. As the bride and groom exited he led Sydni upstairs to the reception area.
Sydni went off to talk to some friends so Jude grabbed a drink and milled around the edges. He sipped at the bourbon as Liam walked up. Jude smiled as he extended his hand. ”Hey Liam. Not too bad. You know, reminding Daniel how his life is over with. And how if he’s an idiot I’ll be representing Leila’s brothers in the trial for his murder.” People moved to the edges of the dance floor as the bride and groom came up and began their first dance. Jude of course had to take a photo. He already had a few amusing captions in his mind to add when he uploaded them all online. He had a few nice shots of the ceremony which would be the most fun to do. ”What’s been up with you? The business doing good?”
Jude nearly dropped his drink when an arm wrapped around his neck and messed up his near. ”Oh seriously, Lexi?” He looked around after she released him and set his drink down as he shook out his hand from what had splashed out. He scowled at the little brunette woman before he turned to the newcomer. ”Hi there. It’s nice to meet you…” He couldn’t recall if Lexi had said the gentleman’s name. As she finished introducing Liam he moved behind her and wrapped his arms around her middle-over her arms and everything. ”You know Daniel will be on his honeymoon and he and Leila cannot protect you if I break in with say a water gun and attack you. I do know the codes into both homes. And I also know someone with the skills to hack into your WoW account. I will have them drain your gold and items.” The heel to Jude’s foot was a sign he should back of so he released her and laughed.
”So what brings you to Hope Harbor?” he asked the newcomer. He was pretty sure Scott was new to town because Jude didn’t recognize him at all.

Scott blinked at Lexi's question. "Oh! He's pretty much always been like that. Got him when he was a kitten, and besides being a little, uh, rambuncious at times he's pretty well behaved. Well, treats helped too." He smiled. "People say he's a bit odd because of that, but... I guess I'm odd as well, so we compliment each other." He rubbed the back of his head. Simon glanced up at Scott, as though to possibly say, "Oh really? I'm pretty sure YOU'RE the only weird one here."
Scott smiled as he was introduced to the two men and said after Jude spoke, "My name's Scott Matthew Clayton. It's nice to meet you as well, Mr. Winslet and Mr. Stirling." He paused as Jude asked his question. "I'm on vacation, and.... uh... I was possibly hoping to see what this town was about." He scratched his nose sheepishly. Scott seriously needed to find a way to not be nervous around these people, but alcohol just makes him stumble over his words even more. Remember that one time...?
Simon eyed the men warily, and then his eyes darted around the place.

*---tonight is the night,A N D I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR IT ALL MY LIFE, WAITING FOR YOU TO SHOW ?!-------------------------------------------------- [/size] The business has been great...haven't needed you around, so it's a okay. Liam joked, meaning no legal troubles, so Jude hadn't needed to be there to bail him out on anything. No but seriously...we're looking for a Junior partner right now. We've got so much business rolling in from all over the state. In fact, I'm going to have to take a run to Bar Harbor here sometime in the next couple of weeks. There's a new business going in there and have some really interesting structural needs. And then there's a new art museum going in in Portland and so we're working on plans for that....Crazy busy...but that's good for the wallet. Of course Liam was by no means all about the money. It was a real person. And if you ever saw him outside his modern house and fancy sports car, you'd never now the difference between him and the average joe. He was an all around nice, down to earth guy...unlike his father.
Liam's eyes got big for a second as Lexi came out of no where, tackling Jude. And then he laughed and shook his head. Lexi was an exuberant woman. They weren't close friends, but they still knew each other and obviously had some of the same mutual friends. She was fun to be around. Had a tragic past with her husband though. It was amazing how well she had recovered, at least outwardly. Lexi was a strong woman. Liam smiled at her and gave her a friendly hug and peck on the cheek. How's it going Lex?
Liam nodded to her friend, when she introduced him. Oh no...Just Liam is fine. Mr. Stirling is my dad...and he would make you call him that. he chuckled softly. They all knew what a stuffed shirt Liam's dad was. Hearing an odd noise, at least, odd for the setting, Liam looked down to see a cat rubbing up against Scotts legs. It appeared that it belonged to the guy. So....what's with the cat? He asked, trying not to sound like he thought it was to terribly odd. But it wasn't every day a guy brought his cat along with him....to a WEDDING.

When they were finally married he felt the weight of the world lift off his shoulders. They were going to be together forever and nothing would tear them apart. The smile on his lips was like permanently plastered on his face. If someone asked him what the best Valentine’s Day he ever had was he would tell them it was February 14th 2013. If they asked him why then he would tell them it was the day he married his beautiful loving wife. No one could take that away from him! He was so happy! Looking into her eyes he couldn’t help but feel a flash of pride in his bones.
As she spoke up he shook his head he moved down and placed a kiss on her swollen belly. “I am proud that I will have a beautiful daughter. Though between me, her uncles and her grandfathers no man will ever dare come near her and if they do then they will never hurt her.” She was going to be one spoiled princess. Rubbing his nose against hers made him laugh. The yelp that escaped her lips made him break out into a bigger fit of laughter. “Well Missus Zakarian we better hope your husband never finds out about this.” Looking into her eyes his hands gently squeezed her butt again. “Though I doubt he’ll ever find out.” Leaning in he placed kisses to her neck careful not to leave any red marks.
Having to go to the pictures made him let out a growl in frustration. The stupid pictures! They would be a good distraction from him going to pounce Leila in the changing room again. As they started taking the pictures he had no idea how he was going to get through this. They were going to hardly end up doing anything all day long but taking pictures with people. When it came time for him and Lexi he held her tight before the pictures. The look in his eyes pretty much asking her if she was sure she was okay. Yeah, after so long he had become an expert at reading her. The way both girls cut the roses and put them on made him smile. That was a good sign for him.
Going back inside his heart was beating a mile a minute knowing they would be having their first dance before they sat down to eat. Yes, it was better to get this out of the way so they could eat in peace. As everything was closed he took his brides hand and they made their way to the dance floor. When their song came on he smiled and held her close and tenderly to his body. Leaning back he looked into her eyes and nodded his head. “The only thing I’m scared of is when someone or something causes the Scott temper to flare up. Which both you and out beautiful daughter have.” He teased her. Yeah, their little girl was going to have her mother’s temper. It was actually a good thing. If someone tried to mess with her then he knew she’d be able to defend herself. When the photographer came to take pictures of them dancing he smiled and leaned in pulling her into a breathtaking kiss.
